Ráfla is an Irish producer currently based in the Austrian alps. With a love for all things house, his style has been influenced by the likes of Coastdream, DJRUM and DJ Tennis. Initially a DJ, his recent forray into the world of production was the result of some free time over the covid lockdown. His musical inspirations are many but to name a few alongside the aforementioned, they would be; Matthieu Faubourg, DJ Steaw, and Black Loops.

Leaning towards an electro sound, Ráfla still keeps a smooth and floaty feel with his nuanced use of ethereal synths that ebb & flow around your auditory perception. What becomes prominent in 'HER' is the hi- tempo beat which incorporates bongos that dance from ear to ear. Add to that a pulsating and 303 style bass-line that will noodle through your brain and get stuck there for the rest of the day.

Happiness Therapy hit the spot once again, with the long awaited third volume of Happy House compilation series !

The recipe remains the same, featuring new talents and some notable artist in the scene like Marc Brauner, Cosmonection, HATT.D, Dan Be, Calmos & Berzingue and Denyl Brook, to name a few.

To sum up this release, its filled with Happy House vibes ranging from Classic Chicago house with melodic synthesizer sections, Deep Anthemic 90's House, Lo-Fi and Piano house cuts.

This compilation pretty much covers the full spectrum of House music, offering a little something for everyone.

'2 Far Gone' EP by SI-FI is a four-track release presenting a subtle blend of break beat, 2-step and garage rhythms all deftly interwoven with some seriously clever and sumptuous hooks and melodies.
Up first is Your 'Restless Eyes', a beautiful breakbeat tune featuring haunting vocals, gorgeous melody lines and bass sections harking back to the early days of jungle and drum & bass. Next is '2 Far Gone', an exquisite 2-step vocal infused number subtly laced with shimmering synth riffs and elegant, emotional pads. In at the third spot is 'Stop At Nothing', a melancholic 2-step tune which expertly blends numerous dance music tropes – organs, Reese bass, vocal stabs - into one seamless and poignant whole. Wrapping things up is 'Talk', a more garage tinged, urban style jam laced with piano motifs, sensitive vocal refrains and a super warm and fuzzy bassline.
As ever, GLBDOM delivers another stunning release. Get on this!

These are images where sound becomes the language of light, the motion of heat, and the geometry of shadow and vibration.
