We chat about the recent municipal election, what's in store for the new council's upcoming term, the reality check that comes with learning the inner workings of a municipality and even get into some recent news in provincial politics.

Timmins City Councillor Michelle Boileau (Vol 38)

This week, we sit down and chat with another new face around the Timmins City Council table, Kristin Murray.  She is the councillor for Ward 5 and received the most votes of all Ward 5 candidates in the last municipal election.

We talk about her approach to politics, issues facing the city over the next term, the role of diversity in growing the municipality and much more...  Many thanks to Kristin for the great conversation.
