Hot on the heels of our successful takeover of Brussels’ seminal institution, Fuse, fellow resident DJ and Metropolis co-founder Altinbas pops by our weekly series with two hours exploring the broadest part of his influences, somewhere between dubbed-out meanders, UK bass-influenced motifs and straightforward techno buildups that pack a punch. Moving the cursor from immersive post-industrial scapes to pared-down, club-oriented architectonics, the Belgian jockey and producer will have you mesmerised from start to finish. Previously released on Token, Altinbas has more releases in the pipes for VOLTAGE and SK_Eleven, in addition to the imminent launch of his own record label, Observer Station. Keep your ears to the ground!

A surefire provider in Amsterdam’s well-furnished techno community, Hitam has been making a name for himself with some choice platters for the likes of SYXT, Hayes and Room Trax over the last couple of years. Championing a sound as ebulliently driving as it invites us to dip our toes into further hazy sonic grounds, the Dutch producer swings the pendulum betwixt racing 909-fuelled horsepower and more subdued, fearsome climates. As ever clinical in his approach and deadly in his execution, Hitam has us tripping out to a hefty-handed two hours of relentless tech rage and hypnotic sound design laced into one smouldering hodgepodge of whelming, non-stop gusty sonics. Not for the faint-hearted.

@myra_dj, artist based in Amsterdam.

MYRA is a Dutch Techno DJ and producer with pure passion and an ever evolving taste for electronic music. Her signature is up-tempo groovy rhythms with hard hitting percussions, and hypnotic atmospheres with a trippy touch that dives deep. MYRA is a graduate [2022] of the Electronic Music Academy at the conservatory of Amsterdam where she honed her musical and creative capacities. At the conservatory she discovered her fascination for analogue gear, that she now use intensively as a producer. Her artistic journey is just starting to unfold, propelled by a mindset and drive to push boundaries, and aiming to become a live act in the near future.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the German dj & producer Denise Rabe (Rabe / Stroboscopic Artefacts).

Denise Rabe´s experience in the Berlin techno scene as a booker, radio host, promoter and dj since she relocated to German capital drawn by the possibility of a life in music, is reflected in the pragmatic, grounded artist she became and the unique, original voice she's developed as a producer. 
Her approach and work ethic can be seen expressed on every release she's done under her label, Rabe, where her music is matched with an equal amount of care, thought and work, in the vessels that contain it, within a coherent aesthetic and vision that informs music, artwork and presentation equally.
Rabe’s particular inclination to sparse industrial soundscapes, gothic aesthetics, driven grooves under hooks that hypnotize as much as they distinguish, have propelled her 10 year career across stages all over the US, Asia and Europe, as well as the clubs that represent the apex of techno world wide such as Berghain and Tresor.
