The Fractalfest 2016 minimix series features 20 minute mixes from dj's & producers who will be playing at Fractaltribe's Fractalfest 2016. These mixes will be in the same style of music that each artist will be presenting.

In Episode 16, we present a minimix by do it all audioman Sacred Sound. This mix marks an evolution in the project of Andy Buns...Refined production with drippier and more psychedelic dub and bass beats than before. Smooth yet glitchy with sensual ticklings of the mind his dedication in the studio clearly shows with the quality of his production.

Sacred Sound - Fractalfest 2016 Minimix

Greetings! It's been a few years since my last Apson mix, a series of mixes of psychedelic dub/bass music, so I am very glad to finally present to you the 6th installment, Apson Awakening. 

These mixes are inspired by the Apsara, or in Thai อัปสร (Apson), the beautiful dancing supernatural female beings of the clouds found in Hindu and Buddhist mythology. 

This mix wasn't even intended to be released, I was having an afternoon DJ session and hit record on the DJM-350, but I was happy enough with the results and thought it should be the 6th mix in the Apson series.

I've been playing an increasing amount of midtempo into psybreaks sets this year, (Coexist, Symbiosis D-Nox party, The Untz Festival, etc.)but this time I went into ... well, just listen and see, some uptempo surprises--I hope you enjoy! It's from the heart!

Dragon Dreaming Festival 2016 Dj set

It's full moon! We are glad to have @Treavor-Moontribe at the controls of our mission 06.

In June of 1993 a small group of friends gathered under a full moon in the Mojave Desert of Southern California. Over 23 years later these gatherings are still going strong and easily the longest running truly underground event of its kind in America, perhaps the world. They call themselves Moontribe and still to this day you will find no promotion for these events. There is no Facebook event for it, there are no flyers on the streets, no posters…no hype! Yet somehow this tribe finds each other under that full moon deep in the desert to dance to hypnotic beats and celebrate life! DJ Treavor Moontribe is one of the founders of these gatherings, one half of the electronica/chill out project @DesertDwellers and a 19 year veteran of Burning Man.
