"We are inviting Parisian micro-record label, purveyor of ultra-limited dubplates, proprietor of the amazing Dubpulse show on @egrego.re and good friend mains_courantes, to take the reins.

Expect a dystopian sound collage where primitive dub damage meets euphoric post-Kosmische hypnotic beauty. Fully embracing both analogue and digital sources and samples, worlds meld together through plunderphonics and musique concrète. Primal rhythms cut through with beams of massively potent cyber/synth destruction, brain-bombing automated steel-tone pulses and a heavy smear of sub-tropical ambience. A love letter to maximal minimalism.

For those of you who have been following the Délices du midi project since its inception, my passion for logos and characters will not seem insignificant.
I'm particularly fond of logos from the 80s, 90s and even the early 2000s. The logos of dancehall labels are particularly incredible, so I've put together a selection of some of my favourite logos and tracks.
1 h of anthems beat-matched as possible (over 16 bars) + dancehall FX special (air-horn,lasers,wheelz)

Given the number of logos in existence, a vol.2 mixtape is highly envisaged.

Grid is happy to release a summer anthem, the undeniable dancefloor filler ‘Dance Hall Again’, which sees lauded UK bass veterans DJ Polo & Breaka teaming up with the man, the legend Swordman Kitala !

DJ Polo and Breaka link up on production duties, crafting a perfectly executed Amapiano and Dancehall infused riddim. This bass-bin rattling production creates the ideal balance of dancefloor potency and an open canvas for Swordman Kitala’s killer vocal stylings to float on top with ease. Kitala delivers a fiendishly infectious hook on ‘Dance Hall Again’ with a relaxed swagger that ducks and weaves around gut-punching rhythms to devastating effect.

This original track comes with two remixes, by UK Funky legend Bakongo (aka Roska) and French producers Kaval & Stacktrace. Bakongo flips the already dancefloor-ready track into an irresistible and undeniably UK percussion workout destined for day-party hysteria, proving once again that this veteran of the scene has and always been the master of his genre. If Bakongo’s remix is the day, Kaval & Stacktrace’s epic re-imagining is the night… with the Toulouse based producers flipping ‘Dance Hall Again’ into a hot-blooded and atmospheric late-night mover that is guaranteed to bewitch crowds.
