Born in Marsille, Elska is a self tought artist who has a cult following that regurely see him perform live whilst DJ’ing.  Drawing inspiration from greats such as Stephan Bodzin, Fritz Kalkbrenner & N'to, his music is subtle, rich and catchy at the same time. We see this in our Premiere today with his track ‘Interval’ as it combines perfectly evolutionary rhythmic drums with organic, melodic and harmonious acoustics. Interval is part of the Hidden Frequencies release on Somatic that gives four artist the chance to impress with two tracks each.

Un original que se crea a partir de la asignación de una nota musical a cada color que veamos por ejemplo, en un cuadro. Siendo así por ejemplo, un rojo la letra C (Do), la D (Re) el amarillo o la E (Mi) para el negro, y todo inspirado en la maravillosa pintura de Nighthawks de Edward Hopper.

Giorgia nos anima a experimentar como lo ha hecho ella y fusionar los colores con la música tal y como hacían otros autores del postromanticismo, como el sinestésico de Skriabin.
