Only five years on the production circuit the young and rising talent known and recognized under the name of Mirco Caruso already has been making some waves with quite a bunch of releases, he returns to Hive Audio with his newest outing that is about to leave a mark on the late summer season.

The original version of „Sale El Sol“ defo fuses the proper bounce of stripped down TechHouse and the trippy, yet highly detailed production approach of Minimal Techno, serving haunting white noise filters, ghostly synth echoes and sweet percussion tweaks – all of this accompanied by unique, slightly shamanic vocals with a bit of a balearic twist. This one's taking you to new spiritual realms for sure.

Our Debut Transmission, we've got the 'Vincenzo D'Amico Remix' on this three track digital single which is surely focusing on the percussive aspects of the night. With a drum foundation reflecting the heat of South American club nights and a bassline funky as fuck this one's a massive turn on in its own right, even before the twisted and slightly filtered vocal bits come into play, check it out below!

Since its inception in 2011 the Fuse label has grown to be one of the leading voices in the dance music underground; originally kicking off with co-founder Enzo Siragusa's 'The Sagamore EP', subsequent releases were kept strictly in-house with productions from the roster of resident DJs that feature at their London based daytime raves (Seb Zito, Rich NxT etc). In 2013 offshoot label 'Infuse' was initiated as a way of harnessing production talent from around the globe.

As a celebration of reaching 5 years of releases, a three part vinyl only EP is to be released featuring tracks from the established Fuse roster as well as a few new additions. EP one features tracks from Enzo Siragusa, Dan Farserelli, Ferro & Makcim and Fabe. Seb Zito, Romanian talent Iuly.B, Ben Rau and Joseph Williams feature on EP two whilst Rich NxT, Rossko (making his production debut), Archie Hamilton and Sam bellis round things off with the EP 3... ALiVE head honcho Tom Budden steps up to the plate once more with the ‘Losing Control EP’. Appropriately enough, title track ‘Losing Control’ kicks things off, its aim squarely on the dance-floor with a piercing staccato riff and bubbling bass line line. ‘Holeshot’ delves somewhat deeper but no less effective with spacial effects and driving percussion whilst Oli Furness provides his own sleeker take on ‘Losing Control’, adding a piano stab and more expansive vocal sample to provide a nice counter point to the original.

Toolroom’s Dateless joins up with Jamie Jones’ Hottrax this November with three upbeat cuts entitled ‘Shoes On EP’ including a remix from Hot Creations’ Bontan.

In recent years Dateless has steadily emerged onto the house music scene with sought-after releases on Food Music, Dirtybird, Riva Starr’s Snatch! and many more. He’s garnered support from the likes of BBC Radio 1 DJs Danny Howard and Annie Nightingale, as well as appearing on line-ups with Green Velvet, Claude VonStroke and Shiba San. He now joins the Hottrax family with his ‘Shoes On EP’ following the likes of Kevin Knapp, Patrick Topping, Waze & Odyssey and label boss Jamie Jones. UK based artist Bontan puts his signature sound to an engaging remix after previous outings on Crosstown Rebels and Circus Recordings.

‘Shoes On Please’ provides dashing kick drums with fluid basslines bouncing off layered elegantly with an attractive vocal line undulating throughout. Bontan’s remix of ‘Shoes On Please’ offers delightful atmospheres with emotive synth melodies, fluid percussion and enchanting breakdowns. ‘Who Are We’ then finishes things off with playful, tribal drums balanced with dazzling rhythmic stabs and euphonious flutters.

We’re welcoming back Under No Illusion head honcho and label boss, Ki Creighton, back onto Kaluki this month with his killer ‘Lizard’ EP. Ki has released on respectable labels; Elrow, Snatch, Circus, 8bit and Cajual, leading him to play shows across the world at historic clubs and events such as Elrow, Space, Digital, Café Mambo and Sonar. Kicking off the EP is ‘Lizard’, a track that oozes warm string melodies, swinging drums and muffled vocal hits. ‘Stingray’ follows suit homing in on Ki’s signature House sound with atmospheric percussion and a hooky vocal. Vincenzo D'Amico’s remix closes out the EP with his take on lead track ‘Lizard’; twisting the original into a percussive fuelled workout with funky drums, snaking bass line and snippets of the vocal meandering throughout.
