Italy’s fastest rising name in house and techno returns to the respected Drumcode imprint with this blistering new 4-track EP, ‘Climax’. Featuring a distinctive vocal sample crescending over a typically thumping bassline, opening lead track ‘Climax’ grows gradually with the introduction of a single synth note and skipping hi-hats. Two beatless breakdowns increase the pressure whilst a new synth melody is introduced in the second, making for a powerful ending as all the elements join together.

‘Boost’ starts out deep and dark, with a high-pitched call echoing over a determined beat. The track changes course mid-way through with the introduction of a bassy, low-pitched synth melody, helping ‘Boost’ evolve into a catchier, more playful track.

‘Spectre’, a no-nonsense closing piece featuring a jittering synth note, rattling hi-hats and a trademark tension-filled breakdown.

‘Over The Clouds’, as its name would suggest, is the gentlest of the four tracks. Filled with dusty textures over a rumbling bassline, twinkling synths move in waves before lower-pitched chords join, adding a real sense of depth to this production.

Overall, ‘Climax’ is an outstanding example of Faraone’s ear for detail as a producer: his experience as both a resident and touring DJ clearly feeds into his skill for manipulating tension in his productions like he does on the dancefloors. Having recently warmed up for Adam Beyer at Tenax, Marco Faraone’s relationship with the iconic label continues to grow.

Anfisa Letyago comes back on Redrum Music after his great release on Intec Digital. Her hit "Take It Easy" has been played for a long time during summer festivals such as Resistance Ibiza, Tomorrowland, Ultra and Sonar. Now it is proposed here in a special EP with 3 incredible Remixes by Filterheadz, Dema and Vikthor.

Siberian born Anfisa Letyago is fast becoming one of the leaders of the new school when it comes to delivering cutting edge electronic music. Adopted by the Italian city of Naples, her musical journey began back in 2010 where she began making a name for herself on the Italian club scene as a DJ. In 2016 Anfisa made her debut single release ‘Stop Talking’ with Leroy Styles on Spinnin’ Records which instantly propelled her into the spotlight. Demonstrating her prowess behind the decks at a young age, Anfisa has already performed alongside huge names such as Martin Garrix, Don Diablo, David Guetta and Axwell & Ingrosso, among others, performing at festivals such as Rock in Roma, Reload, ProjectX, City Fest, Mates Festival and many more. Moving on into 2018, Anfisa has been cultivating her own unique and sophisticated sound, moving away from the more commercial edge of her early beginnings and embracing her love for underground House and Techno. She recently released her solo Tech House bomb ‘I Feel EP’ on Natura Viva, winning the support of top DJ’s worldwide and has a powerful new Tech flavoured release titled ‘Bright Lights EP’ forthcoming on Nervous Records in 2019. Recently this rising star has caught the attention of a certain Mr Carl Cox who has been supporting her music regularly in his DJ sets and as a result he's snapped her up for 2 EP releases on his acclaimed Intec label for 2019. Add to that a busy DJ diary with gigs already flying in for the new year, 2019 is looking set to be a hugely exciting one for Anfisa!
