Modeā returns to Alan Fitzpatrick's We Are The Brave for his second release of the year with the ever growing label, this time with his solo 2 track EP entitled 'Anima'.

The young Donegal DJ and producer starting his musical journey in his early teenage years, and developed a sound like no other. His signature productions unfold with the perfect blend of mind-altering techno and hypnotic melody, capturing an energy which sets him aside as one of Ireland’s most prestigious talents.

Today we premiere the lead track from Modeā's ‘Anima’ EP, also entitled 'Animaa'. The track is intense, dramatic and oozes with blissful layers as the artist works his synth lines to perfection, building the mood into a colossal drop, fully encompassing his trademark energy. 

Also on the release is the track ‘Take My Soul’, which gives a nod to the late 90’s trance era, as Modeā steps up for vocal duties on this euphoric track, delivering an onslaught of emotion and drama.

Spektre are back on Phobiq presenting their latest sound, titled “Nightshade EP”. The title track sets the tone providing a bouncy bassline followed by atmospheric synth strings and some more intense percussions kicks . On “Serpentine” we are introduced to a more futuristic approach with soaring synths and stomping bass mixing up throughout the track providing an overall spacious vibe. Closing up the EP is “Macon Heights” with its groovy electronics and looped-out vocal snippets creating an epic momentum.

Under his SCB moniker, Scuba released 'Caibu', a twelve track LP of cerebral techno, darkened disco and broken beats on Hotflush in April 2018. It's an album that draws strength from introspection, merging subdued hypnotism, syncopated basslines and visceral ambience to find its centre. The first in a series of remixes to emerge of tracks from the album will be two contrasting interpretations of 'Extinct' by ANNA and Ireen Amnes, due out on the 29th of June.

The new release on Markantonio’s label AnalyticTrail is from Roman Weber who joins the label’s impressive roster of artists which also includes the likes of Joseph Capriati, Sasha Carassi, Loco & Jam, Timmo, Flug, Luigi Madonna, Spektre, and Hans Bouffmyhre.

Still relatively early in his career Roman Weber only dropped his debut EP in 2015, but he has already built up quite an impressive back catalogue, including music released on Bush Records, Riot Recordings, Phobiq, and Funk'n Deep.

Roman Weber is an Austrian talent who has been an accomplished DJ in his home country having founded the event World of Techno, which is one the country’s premier events playing host to the likes of Gary Beck, Dave Clarke, Technasia, Brian Sanhaji, Klaudia Gawlas, and SAM Paganini.

The event had been a springboard for his own DJ career which has seen him play in many different countries, and his many years spent behind the decks playing to large crowds has given him a honed ear for what works on the dance floor.

Each of the three tracks on the EP are peak time cuts with “Renegade” having an uplifting melody synth lined adding intensity to the dark atmosphere that surrounds it. “Sinner” gets euphoric in the breakdown before hitting hard with the kick drum, and “Serenity” goes percussion focused with a squelching bassline and pitched down vocal stabs.

Peak time techno with personality, this EP is everything fans have come to expect from Markantonio’s AnalyticTrail.

Spanish artist Andres Campo makes his @intec-digital debut following previous releases on Second State, MOOD, RUKUS and Odd Recordings.

Carl Cox is one of the people who regularly supports his tracks and adding Intec to an already impressive back catalogue of labels, this three track EP showcases Andres Campo at his very best.

The last of three tracks on this EP is the understated “Glaciar” which builds steadily towards a twisted crescendo of sinister FX and growls, before its explosive percussion kicks back in. Keeping you on the edge of your seat, its ominous atmosphere is beyond intense.
