Single number four of 2021, called "Amity", comes from the unseperable Swedes Ito Cekaj and Rasange. The track brings you to a lush and euphoric break then crashes down into a heavy bassline driven drop. Utilizing a erie and hypnotizing pluck to keep the track moving forward. When the second small break comes you get a sense of calm before the snares start building into a even higher intesity drop with glitchy synths and a rolling bass. Keeping the track fresh throughout its entirety.

Escapism is a theme that runs through the very heart of music. We listen to be transported, removing ourselves from our immediate surroundings as our senses relax and the sonic experience washes over us. During times of hardship, such a sensation is naturally magnified. Music gifts us a way out from our challenges, allowing us to choose how we feel in response to the sounds we hear. This theme has been explored meticulously by Audiojack over the past four years, resulting in the release of their second album, ​Surface Tension​, on Crosstown Rebels this April.

The pair described the meaning behind the album, encapsulating what inspired them to pursue the four-year project: “​In the modern world our attention has become so fragmented with technological distractions. We wanted to create a piece of music that could be an escape from that, where someone can close their eyes and let their imaginations fill in the gaps that the other senses have left behind.”

Haze-M returns to Lost on You, this time in collaboration with Tunisian producer Ahmet Mecnun, a collaboration for which the EP is named. Ibiza promises to be an anthem for the year causing hype since its limited promotional release and has been played by a wide range of the big boys on the scene. Ibiza offers a slice of positive summer vibes that will have you dancing till the sun goes down.


Haze-M and Ahmet Mecnun kick off proceedings excellently, letting the uplifting vibes shine through, as we effortlessly stroll through the club-inspired melodies on offer, topped only by the excellent vocals on offer to tie this classy piece of music together.
