Falling From Heights

2nd Draft of chiptune djent electronic fusion. (updated march 24th 2014)

Some minor changes to the groovy 2nd half of the track that smooth out some rhythmic speed bumps that annoyed the shit out of me over time, and increased the volume of the melody in the final part and outro so you it actually sounds as big as it ought to. Also added a third bass track clone using a sine wave.

Created using Synthfont running Famicom.Sf2 and GBfont.sf2 for drums.

Mk IV:  Swapped out whole instrument set for older but thicker sounding instruments.  Its way bassier and nasty, I like it much better.  Finally got levels decent.  Best played at unsafe volume.  JK pls dnt hrt ur ers.

While we're at it, we can fight about how the melody in the beginning totally isn't jacked from Kingdom Hearts Simple and Clean.  It is.

Limitless

It in no way resembles falling from heights.  Nothing was taken from that song, especially not solos.  I never lie.

The Crush

Through composed.  Thought I'd make something more bone crushing this time.  Also went back to my roots a little bit with some elements from my not-djent days.  Overall very pleased with how this came out!

Eight Bit Electronic Metal

This is a near total re-write of Failed.  Originally this song was a large collaboration between members of my band, with Shaun Reynolds and Brennan Sullivan as primary authors.  Over the years I have completely re-written a vast quantity of the song, and here it is, for the first time with fully written parts for all the intstruments.  This is the first time the song has been finished, ha!

it has lyrics too.  mebbe I'll record a version of me singing it...but maybe you don't want to hear that...
