This is about the grief of feeling unseen and realizing that the truth was I have been afraid to be seen... I've been hiding parts of myself for fear of them being seen.  These parts I've been hiding because of fear of rejection and abandonment.  
And grief... sometimes there are no words for the feelings, the grief... all we can do is cry and allow the tears fall.  And with those tears, there is freedom, there is release.  There's something very vulnerable about letting yourself be seen.  My thoughts have been "How can I truly be seen, if I have not been allowing others to really see me...all of me....the messy parts.."

I'm a strong believer in the power of affirmations. In this time of pandemics and climate change, positive visualization about health is more important than ever. I first recorded this song back in 2019, just using my phone.  Having gotten better equipment and know-how since then, I re-recorded most of the vocals and remixed this in 2025.  Enjoy!

the last couple of years at the Fairy Congress, we've had a ritual called the Angel Wash. I'm not sure of its origins, however Saphir Lewis and Rafe Pearlman crafted the tune and lyrics. Here it is performed by Aimee Kelley and Aimee Ringle
