So much gratitude to the musical artists! This set was the first of an incredible donation driven night celebrating the culmination of the 2022 Cocréa Facilitator Training. Our tight cohort of epic new facilitators gave their hearts and souls to this training over the course of 6 months. It was such an honor and a pleasure to hold that container for them and watch them soar through out the day as they gave their newly developed facilitation magic. 

This is the journey I created to open the night of dancing. It's always a little different without my guidance behind the music, but enjoy!

Yogabarn Ecstatic Dance, this set inspired by the beauty of dance movement done naturally, molded onto the memory. As it had always been with Prabumi’s characteristic when it comes to ecstatic dance, the journey begins with low tempos up to a high, with music from multiple genres from around the world, creating a full circle. Simply put, it’s a journey going up and down the mountain.
