Fellow space-time travellers,

@eillommusic and me are stoked to share this field recording of our recent expedition to the wild 'n' colourful Cirkus Paralello playground! So we can prove that it really happened, and wasn't just a dream..

To us this set sounds kinda prepared now when we listen to it afterwards, but actually we had no idea where the carousel ride would go when we stepped up to take over from the amazing Cafe Fluß's DJ Base. It's easy to say that the path had been paved excellently for us to follow.

The amount of love we felt from you guys on the terrace between 02:05 and 03:30 before handing over to Yellowfish is hard to describe in words, or as Depeche Mode stated "feelings are intense, words are trivial" ;) Anyways, a huge heartfelt THANK YOU!!

Missy @eillommusic and me were invited to Oslo by our new friends @itsmeamo & @musicklaudia to celebrate that they are setting sail for Mexico and Berlin. We met in the beloved Karusell with them and their friends. Kribba, @lente and Love (@kamelkollektivet) played too. One of the best feelings in the world for us is to find those rare gems who like really similar music and are great people too. Magic!

This is our first b2b outside of Sweden, and kind of a "moving away" theme set dedicated to our new friends. See you in Berlin you lovelies!

EILLOM is a female Swedish techno DJ and producer, whose passion was ignited after attending her first techno party in Gothenburg. “It was a defining moment for me - I got hooked on the heavy kick drums, the vibrating sub-bass and the protruding melodic leads”. Her brand of techno offers enigmatic synth- melodies, dreamy arpeggios and obscure pads over a typical thumping, techno beat. “I would describe my music as a mysterious and dramatic journey through dark soundscapes combined with a typical techno beat.”

With influences such as Dirty Doering, Annett Gapstream, Tale of Us & Mind Against, her set list is likely to include: Township Rebellion, Moonwalk, Hidden Empire, Victor Ruiz, Enrico Sangiuliano and some of her own productions.

Nina Kraviz being such a pivotal inspiration, Eillom is keen to follow her trailblazing lead and create opportunities, and inspire female DJs to create a more gender-equal underground scene.

"I don’t want us to be separated by gender, but I really want to see more of us girls out there. Women and men need to help and support each other in order to grow and continue to develop our passion for electronic music and the underground scene.”

@dielinamusic and I decided to re-record our set from Cirkus Tresolar (29-08-2020) in the Techno Tunnel, Gothenburg, as it wasn't recorded during the evening. 

This set is a slow, melodic techno trip where we play with decreasing the tempo of fast techno tracks, making them sound more intensive and present.
