Ken Bauer shows off his natural talent and skill for music production with ‘The Sirens Are Calling’, which kicks off with huge energetic synths and prominent snares that fill the upper end of soundscape from the get-go, accompanied by entrancing melodies to sweeten the deal which lead us into the first drop. The risers and snare rolls gather momentum with a progressively growing frequency racking up a delicious amount of tension before the release of the drop, unleashing a perfectly executed thudding kick drum paired with the iconic melody to carry the track forward. As Ken nears closer to that perfected club anthem sound, his latest release ‘The Sirens Are Calling’ are another huge steppingstone towards his goal, as it emanates those feel-good vibes we’re craving heading into the summer season.

Ken Bauer has decided to take a completely new path in the industry with the fresh idea of Future Rave. Hungry Music has the kind of waterproof musical aesthetic that not many labels with under twenty releases under their belt have. The output is bold and atmospheric at same time. Travels through misty soundscapes are just one of their trademarks. The french label established its sound through a close circle of friends - namely, Worakls, N’to & Joachim Pastor.

It’s now time to let some of the most powerful recent releases get re-interpreted through six exclusive remixes.

The Hungry gang took on each others work and also invited luminaries and friends of the label such as Oliver Koletzki, Einmusik and Boris Brejcha to provide a mix for the first in a series of upcoming remix EPs.

After the astounding success of the first release on Reinier Zonneveld's imprint Filth on Acid, the label follows up with a slightly deeper take on club music. We welcome Mees Salomé, who managed to deliver a unique, balanced blend of breathtaking melodies and grooves. Mees Salomé comes from The Netherlands, and manages to deliver extra-ordinary music while only being 21 years old. 

Equivalence EP kicks off with the title track. Equivalence opens with a sturdy kick and dirty hi-hat, anticipating the mesmerizing melody. Combined with the long break and subtle arrangement this track makes for a very heavy hitter on the dancefloor. Next up is Ignorance Is Bliss. Piercing synthlines and morph into rhythmic arpeggiated progressions while continuously driven by a growling bassline. This track really shows of Mees Salomé's talent for balancing out harmony and dissonance. Followed by Reinier Zonneveld's remix for Forest Fire, which turns the original into a heavy no-nonsense peak-time techno banger with fat kicks and big drums, while leaving the powerful synth brass into place leading the way into a big climax. Forest Fire original stands out by the way all the sounds work together, morphing and interchanging in a very organic way. The brass synth makes this track perfect for melodic peak-time affairs. For the conclusion of this EP we're happy to announce Julian Wassermann, who scored many hits on labels like Stil vor Talent & Katermukke with his signature deeper style of tech-house and deep-house. He takes Equivalence into a more hypnotic direction, using an almost talking drum groove. By introducing strong dissonance between the original synthline and his own added pads, tension builds up to new levels which makes the track very effective for after-party brain melting.

Einmusik, the solo project of Berlin-based producer Samuel Kindermann, is a cornerstone of melodic techno and house music. Born in the late ‘70s, Einmusik’s early influences—spanning Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, and Drum ‘n’ Bass—shaped his emotive, atmospheric sound. Since his 2003 debut “Weekender,” he has crafted a career defined by intricate melodies and immersive soundscapes, with key releases like “Jittery Heritage” and albums “5 A.M” and “Serenade.”

In 2008, he launched Einmusika Recordings, a Berlin label fostering both new and established artists, solidifying his impact on the scene. Renowned for his dynamic live performances, Einmusik’s recent highlights include his 2019 Cercle stream at Preikestolen, Norway, amassing over 15 million views, his remix of Tinlicker’s “Starchaser” in 2024, and original tracks “Let Me Out” and “Hypnotized,” showcasing his evolving artistry and command of mood-driven techno. With over two decades in the game, he remains a vital figure in electronic music.
