Following on from the debut release on Jamie Jones & Lee Foss’ new imprint, New Yorker Serge Devant makes his first appearance on Crosstown Rebels offshoot Rebellion with talented duo Audiofly on remix duty.

Setting the tone of the release, ‘The Way You Move’ is deep and dark at the roots with haunting vocals and an otherworldly aura. Audiofly deliver a solid remix, keeping it deep with rolling percussion and hypnotic energy.

o+ Serge Devant perfected his craft at legendary nightclubs such as Tunnel, Limelight and Crobar in New York from the late 90s. In 2008 he signed a deal with Ultra Records and released two albums. After releasing the first album in 2009, Serge began touring the world and forging a name for himself across the globe. After taking some time away from making music due to a serious back injury, he had the chance to rethink his musical direction. His latest release on Jamie Jones and Lee Foss’ new label Emerald City followed by this outstanding release on Rebellion proves that Serge Devant is back and stronger than ever.

o+o Luca Saporito and Anthony Middleton aka Audiofly are one of the leading musical partnerships on the scene. Their releases can be found on the likes of Get Physical, VIVa Music, Desolat and their own Supernature. They also run a successful series of events called Flying Circus that they take worldwide.

It’s been a long time…. Justin Jay lands on Pets for the first time since his ‘Momentum’ EP in 2015 with a clutch of deep rumbling house jams. And he’s bringing along and old friend for the voyage.
Last spotted in cahoots on Freerange in 2016 with ‘Indecision’, LA’s Justin Jay and Stockholm’s Ulf Blonde splash down together once again with the fittingly-titled ‘Journey Across The Treacherous Sea’. With the drums gradually building from ebbs to tidal waves and back again, the waters flip from choppy to calm as the twinkling moonlight breakdown enters the mix… Before throwing us overboard again.
Ulf takes the control of the ship’s wheel for ‘The Transatlantic Untz’. Building on his releases on labels such as Justin’s Fantastic Voyage, Culprit and Room Temperature, the warm bass-tickled kicks and gentle sense of momentum provides safe passage with full heads-down heat.
Last but not least, Justin provides the final captain’s orders with the deliciously trippy ‘Land Ahoy’. Laced with ricochet textures and a gradual ascent into blissful sci-fi cascades, it’s a game of total hypnosis as more bleeps fly and swoop across the mix. The third of our three EP vinyl and digital releases of WhoMadeWho’s Watergate 26 mix is here and it begins with Echonomist’s infectious and style bending ‘At The End Of The Day’. Mathias Schober seals the A side delivering a wild ride of warm percussion and intense strings while Stereocalypse flips the script commencing the B-side with the Dance Rock anthem ‘King Not Naked’. Clinching the release, Tim Engelhardt’s ‘Under Armour’ is an intoxicating excursion into late night dance floor theatrics making it the ideal cut to complete the EP.

On the digital side of the release, WhoMadeWho kick off deep with their remix of Magit Cacoon & Lonya’s ’Shma IL’ before Otto B’s epic ‘Willy’ dives into the deeper corners of Techno.
