Slowly, a broken yet determined rhythm begins to rise — the sound of humanity rebuilding itself amidst alien soil and mechanical decay.

Pierre (Bob) Stephan fuses cinematic tension with hypnotic minimalism. The percussion clatters like machinery under strain; synths swell and shrink like artificial atmospheres struggling for balance. There’s an eerie calmness in the chaos, as if the track reflects both the violence and the beauty of starting over in an unfamiliar world. "Mars Reform" captures the essence of post-colonial futurism — both a warning and a hope, rendered through layers of texture and tightly wound structure.

This is techno for thinkers, explorers, and survivors. It doesn’t beg to be danced to — it commands you to listen, reflect, and envision what comes after the collapse. A masterpiece of narrative sound design, both unrelenting and deeply philosophical.

About the artist
Born in 1998, Moritz Hofbauer grew up in Pforzheim, southern Germany. He came in touch with music at an early age, playing cello in the local orchestra or keyboard in a band. His curiosity drove him to combine this love for music with computers, DAW and electronic synthesizers. He began to complement his piano compositions with electronic beats and his passion for Deep House and Melodic Techno evolved quickly.
Moritz has since hit stages in Berlin and other global music scenes with his deep infectious melancholy-tinged tunes of fleeting delight. He follows his vision of a unique sound that bridges melody, art and club fever, continuously searching for new pigments to add to his musical palette.

A leading light on the Turkish Electronic Music scene for almost 3 decades, the Istanbul based Producer has recently been strengthening his reputation around the World with a string of releases on such esteemed labels as Innervisions, Exit Strategy, Multinotes and his own blossoming Isolate imprint which he helms alongside his longtime partner and friend, Alican.

Now he adds Selador to his already impressive CV courtesy of the triumphant ‘Eye To Eye’ EP - Three original productions of equal merit and potency that all shine brightly on their own meteoric pathways.

The title track arrives into the ring brimming with swagger, delivering a first-round flurry of punches few will recover from but in the unlikely event you’re not immediately on the floor, ’Compass’ then lands another lethal combination - a proper pair of mind melters that will bring tears to your eyes and a wobble to your jaw.
