So langsam neigt sich unser Inselabenteuer dem Ende entgegen. Die Ereignisse vor Ort scheinen den Protagonisten zu täuschen und seinen Verstand zu vernebeln. Ist er nach der langen Zeit der Einsamkeit überhaupt noch gesellschaftsfähig? Wie würde er auf andere Menschen reagieren. Würde seine dunkle Seite überhand nehmen?  Erfahrt es in der neuen Episode! Musikalisch begleitet wird das schwanken zwischen Realität und Wahnsinn von Roumex. Die beiden haben gerade ihre „Katharsis“ EP auf Kittball veröffentlicht und passen mit ihren düsteren und mysteriösen Sound zur angespannten Lage auf der Insel und im Verstand des Hauptdarstellers.

Ich bin hier heruntergestiegen. Am Rande des Dschungels stehe ich, gut vor ihren Blicken verborgen. Zwei Zweige schiebe ich zur Seite, damit ich sie besser sehen kann. Planschen und kichern, das machen sie. Nackt sind sie vor einigen Minuten ins Wasser meines Ozeans gehüpft. Gerade hat sie seinen Kopf unter Wasser gedrückt. Er hat wie im Theater, ganz und gar übertrieben, nach Luft geschnappt. Er ruft sie mit dem Namen Linea. Seine Stimme ist fest und fröhlich. Hallt von den Felsen wieder. Das Schiff, eigentlich nur eine kleinere Yacht, schaukelt sanft vor sich hin, im ruhigen Wasser der Bucht. Vor Erregung zieht sich mein Körper zusammen. Kleine Ameisen laufen meine Glieder hinauf. 
Sie liegen im Sand. Sie liegen in der Mittagssonne an meinem Strand und halten sich an den Händen. Erschöpft von ihrem verliebten Spiel im erfrischenden Wasser. Leise höre ich ihre Stimmen. Ein Sturm tobt in mir. Wenn ich nun nach oben ginge und mich im Wald versteckte, sie würden mich niemals entdecken. Sie würden wieder fort von hier fahren. Irgendwohin in ihr Glück hinein. Und später ihr Unglück. Sie würden die Insel in einer verschwommen anmutigen Erinnerung behalten. Ohne zu wissen, was sich auf ihr verborgen hätte. Ohne zu wissen, dass ich mich darauf verborgen hätte, hinter wedelnden Zweigen. Hinter düsterem Geflecht. Ohne zu wissen, dass sie dem Unheil so nahe gekommen waren, bis ich meine Warnung ausspräche. Ich würde in einer kleinen Weile den Körperchen entgegenschreiten und stolz meinen Kopf hoch erheben. Als Vertreter der Menschen würde ich ihnen entgegentreten. Immer wieder drehte ich Humboldts Worte in meinem Kopf hin und her, die mich von jeher in ihren Bann gezogen haben und die für mich nun zu einer wahrhaftigen Berufung geworden sind: 

„Der größte Mensch ist daher der, welcher den Begriff der Menschheit in der höchsten Stärke und in der größten Ausdehnung darstellt; und einen Menschen zu beurteilen heißt nichts andres, als fragen: welchen Inhalt er der Form der Menschheit zu geben gewusst hat. Welchen Begriff man sich von der Menschheit überhaupt zu bilden hätte, wenn er das einzige Muster wäre, aus welchem man denselben abnehmen könne.“ 

Doch ist dem Wahnsinnigen sein Wahnsinn gegenwärtig? Bin ich mir sicher, dass es so ist? Bin ich mir sicher, dass ich nach den langen, einsamen Monaten auf meiner Insel meinem Verstand trauen kann?

What do you do to get into a creative state? 
 "Before we start a studio session or dj set we smoke a joint and have a chat. "

What do you love most about being an artist? 
"To be an artist is a privilege to do things however you like."

How do you stay focused in a world of constant distraction? 
"It’s not easy to be honest. We try to calm down regularly, hang out with friends or just do nothing. It’s really important to have your quality &/or me time and seperate your privacy from public. "

Do you have a morning routine?
Ilu: "Mine is relatively simple. Wake up, drink a coffee, go for a walk with my dog and drink another coffee. "
Aaye: "I try to find my morning routine but basically I wake up, take a big breakfast with a lot of coffee and listen to music."

What, for you, is the purpose of art?
"For us the sense of art is the enjoyment! "

What is sacred to you?
"As we already told you quality & me time is very important to recover. Without this we wouldn’t be creative anymore."

What is your opinion on failure? 
"As stupid as that may sound, failure is incredibly important. Only from this can you gain experience and develop yourself further."

What would your 16 year old you think about what you’re doing today?
"A dream comes true."
