The past 4 years have nothing short of the good, the bad, the ugly, and of course, the beautiful. Steyoyoke thanks you, our old and new fans, for the substructure of love and support upon which this label is built. We bring you ultramodern remixes of our liveliest tracks from 2015 on the latest EP, Steyoyoke Anniversary Vol. 04, to celebrate the new year, including remixes by: Philipp Kempnich, Cid Inc, Oliver Schories, MIDAS 104, and Jonas Saalbach.

Philip Kempnich remixes Aaryon and Ran Salman's 'Riptide', fundamentally shifting the patterns of sound consistently to leave you with an ever-pleased, tingly aural sensation. Cid Inc brings us his take on Nick Devon's 'The Poem' featuring Miroir, taking advantage of the earthy bass line through a complimentary arrangement. Oliver Schories faced Soul Button and BLANCAh's 'Rising Silence' turning this track into a twisted fantasy guaranteed to engulf you. MIDAS 104 approaches Animal Picnic's 'Gravity' with a bold confidence evident in the layout of this true anthem of ethereal techno, with a hint of funk! Lastly, but not leastly, Jonas Saalbach remixes Dahu and MPathy's 'Shattered' sticking to the darkness that is, while adding minimalistic elements to make this track simultaneously sink in and pop out in the most unpredictable and astounding ways.

Animal Picnic - Gravity (MIDAS 104 Remix) | Steyoyoke

Spanish label Sincopat calls on Avantroots and Seven Villas founder Pablo Boliver to remix on the latest release on the imprint, reworking a track from the recent Piek LP. Barcelona-based producer Boliver puts his magic touch to 'That's Me', which features the vocal tones of Jim Hast.

Speaking with When We Dip, Pablo explained "Nacho (Piek) sent me his upcoming album around a year ago, I was really impressed, listening it on heavy rotation: the production, the voices...impeccable. Some months ago he asked me to do a remix of one of the tracks, "no doubt bro, it's a pleasure". I love to remix tracks that have an important vocal work, and Jim Hast does so on "THAT’S ME’, I enjoyed every second working on this remix!"

A Thousand Dances and still not tired. Berlin based duo Dole & Kom starts the new year with the next ep on 3000Grad Records, including three originals plus three remixes from Tim Engelhardt, Green Lake Project and Mollono.Bass . We got the first play of the title track "A Thousand Dances". Athletic Groove paired with the dreamy violin play of Christine Holtz. "A Thousand Dances" will be out on January, 13th.

Nach seinem Debütalbum „Ancient Lake“ veröffentlichte @jonassaalbach nun seinen nächsten Longplayer. „Perspective“ hat das Potenzial, “Ancient Lake” noch ein wenig zu überholen. Das Album für den Club spiegelt den typischen Sound des Produzenten wider: treibend! Zehn Werke haben es auf die Zusammenstellung gepackt, wovon die Hälfte mit Kollaborateuren entstand. German DJ and producer André Hommen is known for his deep and forward thinking musical approach. For his latest remix the These-Eyes label owner combines pop elements from Sailor & I's original version with subtly inserted synth-chords that on the one hand schmooze Sailor & I's vocals and on the other hand harmonize smoothly them, without taking away their needed space to enfold. The result is a remix that works either on the dance floor or anywhere else. Chapeau!
