After releasing their smashing debut EP ‘Fields’ that was well received with featured remixes by Madmotormiquel, Genii, Canson, and Noraj Cue we welcome back Roswita and Nash with their new project moniker called @roswithanash. Due to the pandemic they couldn’t bring their sound to the stage. Instead, they poured their quiet Corona hours into creating and can’t wait to share all of it with you.

For now, we are releasing the single ‘Don’t go asking’. A 7 minute moment where they say: it’s alright. The single is completed with a beautiful slow remix by Berlin’s legendary music duo Mira & Chris Schwarzwälder. Can you hear the promising summer buzzing in the warm chords...?

Don’t go asking started out as a combination of a sample of a rough legged owl and a few broken bonds between some human people. In its core the story and feeling of the track is about new beginnings. The chords carrying the track are one part “Where do I go next?” and one part “It’s already okay”. For the detailed listener, someone is very softly asking... How are you? But as the vocals loud and clearly answer: We don’t need to ask
each other that question anymore. They are old and tired, and whatever is happening now is new, young, and full of potential. It’s alright.

Shimmering in distant skies, a satellite galaxy of the Milky Way provides inspiration for Steve Slight and his "Magellanic Cloud". Rocket-fuelled percussion thrusts relentlessly onward while a filtered motif echoes across space and time. Intensity and passion are rolled into a powerful vision of the future. Iconic names from dance music's past come fully to the fore as D-Nox and Beckers coalesce in common purpose across Germany's industrial heartland. New melodies emerge in intelligent fashion from a commanding club-infused rhythm and a new "Magellanic Cloud" forms through exquisitely crafted motifs that evolve elegantly from familiar themes.

After his smash hit 'Glare' with Arude, Radikon proudly welcomes back German-born Tantum for a beautifully crafted 4-tracker. 'Mave' is forceful, driving, and filled with understated euphoria.

The title track is powerfully rhythmic and unrelenting. Firing salvos of arpeggios and reverberated synth stabs set to a robust groove, 'Mave' beautifully threads the needle between commandingly body-moving and artfully melodic.

Built on shimmering strings and pads, 'Future Memories' is a more uplifting affair. Hopeful chord progressions and glittering arpeggios combine to create a firestorm of positive dancefloor energy.

'Tesseract' is the groover of the pack. Thrashing and churning just under the surface, the track threatens an almighty peak that remains just out of a reach. A beautiful exercise in tension that never quite resolves.

'Grimm' combines a compact groove with Tantum's full electric orchestra: ethereal stabs, shimmering arps, bells and chimes intertwine to create a track as forceful as it is melodic.

Tantum's beautifully energetic ep debut on Radikon marries uplifting melodies to driving minimalism. 'Mave' is a stunning addition to the discography of a promising young producer.

The talented Russian artist Oleg Espo is the latest addition to the Manual Music family. With Boume, Muline and Doomsayer along for the ride, he presents two intense melodic original cuts 'Spaceship' and 'Magic Land'.

You'll find another two label newbies on remix duties as Eli David and Weird Sounding Dude provide lush and proggy versions of both songs.

Welcome Enamour on Einmusika. The first two tracks, "Epiphany Engineering" and "Anima", came about in quick succession during Covid lockdowns, after a few months of shifting his leisure listening away from dance music to modern classical, jazz, and film scores. These two are an exploration into concerto arrangement, harmony, classical composition, and its modification for a club setting. He created an emotional journey and humanized his modular synthesizer in a classical-inspired way while still keeping the music relevant for the dance floor.

Though with Anima, he did find it necessary to provide a version with solely the melodic theme, without the limitations posed by a dance arrangement. The final track "Reticent" is another that he felt tapped into a similar energy and belonged on the record alongside the others.
