An long-ish evolving track composed mostly on old-school hardware. The AWESOME Strymon Volante adds warmth to the icy bells from the Korg Triton in the opening sequence. This is not quite the finalized version (the mix is a bit unbalanced) but I hope you like it anyway.

Nebulas

Dreamy ep chords underpinned by a solid bass line evolve into a thunderous finale. Really happy with this. Hope you enjoy it too.

Ambient Chords in the Setting Sun

A slow-burn ambient track that more or less evolved on its own from the three-note opening phrase. Due to work and life, the track took shape slooowly in small bursts - 10 minutes here, half an hour there - over the course of two months. Hope you like it!

Eion Flow - City Lights

A long time ago.... in my synthpop days in the 90s, I and synth guru Dan D (also known as Kraniel throughout the known universe) made this track. I would say about 85% of the credit goes to Mr. D for his simply awesome programming on an Ensoniq EPS-16+ and a Yamaha SY55. There is also an Ensoniq SQ1 (AWESOME keyboard action) in there somewhere. Aaah, nostalgia!

Midnight Eyes (remastered)

DIY mastered version of a new track, called Shirasagi after the majestic Japanese bird. I went for a kind of "wall of sound" approach in the final part of the song.

Eion Flow - Shirasagi

By far the busiest and most difficult mix I've ever done. Posting it for your enjoyment as a preview of my upcoming batch of songs. Feel free to point things out in the mix - "that damn cello is too loud!" I'd be very grateful for any tips on how to improve my mixing skills. No mastering done yet, just light compression and EQ.

Atmospheres (preview)

Not quite there yet, but quite happy with it. Korg Triton Extreme meets Korg Monologue and Yamaha TX81z. Recorded into Ableton Live with lo/hi pass EQ on each track, and a multiband comp on the output buss. Hope you like it! Would love to hear your comments.

Seductive, indeed. Experimental percussive elements underpinned by huge bass and a thumping kick... and more... and more. Because that's what seduction is - you just want more. The mix is still a bit unbalanced but hope you like it. Would love to hear your comments.

Seductive FINAL

Some recent ambient noodlings, currently under the working title "Android Love." No software synths were harmed in this production. The be-be-ba loop had been sitting on my hard drive for years since I first created it, but now finally I managed to flesh it out with a more solid musical idea. The mix is a bit rough and ready still, but hope you like it.  Please leave a comment!

Random piano noodlings in E. No processing. Recorded on my iphone since I don't know how to read/write music notes. Certainly not finished (and there are a few duff notes) but the main theme feels solid. Let's see what we can do with this...
