Under the alias ‘Eisensteyn’, Austrian based producer and performer Michael Knobloch is filling the void between live and electronical musical performance.
Growing up in Vienna, Austria, the musical heritage of the city embedded itself deeply into Michael’s consciousness. Dedicating himself to the drums, he became a virtuoso performer and played for years in numerous bands and as a hired gun for other artists. 
All this time, he was also honing his skills in the studio, biding his time until he was ready to reveal one of a kind show.

With Eisensteyn, Michael brings together all of the musical elements that have influenced and inspired him. Imposing live drums, shattering synth basses and flawless sound design are combined as well as nuances of classical music, reimagined to open the minds of 21st century listeners.

When performing live, his electronic drums are the main focus. Through combining them with the latest technology he is able to build a show which will take the audience on a breathtaking journey.
