Ejay is a native of North Carolina and as early as the age of 3 years old, he knew that God had blessed him with an unusual & incredibly inspiring talent. Being able to sing in a choir and hold tunes was very unique for a toddler. He could remember the words & the correct note, just singing it acapella. When Ejay arrived to junior high, he began entering local talent shows. Every performance he had was a success.

At the age of 16, he created his first demo entitled, “This Is Me.” The demo included 5 songs he had written and was reviewed by individuals within the community. Personal opinions from the demo were great. 

By this time, he realized that God had a calling on his life and it was important for him to take heed. Ejay enjoyed singing and all he desired to do was inspire people with his music and to take his gift more seriously. 

Fast forward, Ejay is taking inspirational music to a different level to target all walks of life. He has such a unique tone and style that can be related to a mixture Dave Hollister, Tank, Dru Hill Musiq Soulchild and Cee-Low altogether. Very interesting combo, right?

You can expect an R&B/Soulful sound from Ejay with a Gospel Background. His 1st debut inspirational album is expected to be released, Fall 2017.
