Inspired by Tezcatlipoca Iximilli from the ancient Mexica-Aztec culture. This composition attempts to evoke a meditation- celebration dedicated to Ixquimilli. 

Tezcatlipoca carries the smoking mirror, the obsidian mirror that confronts us with our reflection in others. Tezcatlipoca awakens our conscience. Iximilli is blind, due this characteristic teaches us to look inside to find ourselves.

All we think we are is the smoke that doesn't allow us to really look inside ourselves. We are light that perceives light and everything around us is just a mirror that reflects us.
