London based DJ/Producer + Natural Selection Resident EKATA, is self-described as genre and sound obsessive. She has built a reputation as a huge advocate for purist Electro and creator of a dark and warped experience. Her sound best personifies ominous grooves and obvious sci-fi fixations which embody her carefully picked selections and the journey she takes you on.

In 2022 she was selected as one of the new faces of the biggest music institution in the world - TRESOR in Berlin, which saw her play her signature Electro sound in the prestigious cage in September. 

Her debut release was on 'Planet Destroyed' - a VA by AVOIDANT, the Electro sub label of Soma Records.
Others featured on the same VA are long standing top tier artists such as Marcel dettman, Slam, Terrestrial Access Network + many more. 

EKATA isn't slowing the pace anytime soon, with a handful of VA releases planned for 2023 and her debut solo release on the horizon.
