Ekballo is a Greek word that Jesus uses when speaking to His Disciples.  It means to "cast out" speaking of harmful and demonic activity, and also at the same token "send forth laborers into the harvest"  for the Gospel!  We desire to be an Evangelistic force for the sake of our Lord Jesus!  
“The Harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.  Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out the workers into the harvest field” Matthew 9:37
