EKKA is a Spanish DJ and producer based in Barcelona, he started mixing at the age of 18, but was not until he got out of his home city Madrid that he started playing, at the beginning in clandestine clubs and raves, then moving fast forward to get regular gigs at notorious clubs in his city.

We could tell that, due to his constant need to develop new sounds to his collection he is now being well influenced by hypnotic techno and classic industrial heaters as this podcast clearly shows.

DJ y productor nacido en Madrid, no es hasta que se muda a Barcelona que comienza a producir y mezclar sus primeros temas y se empieza a adentrar en la escena de la ciudad condal. Al principio pinchando en fiestas clandestinas para posteriormente comenzar a actuar en conocidos clubs de la ciudad como The Garage Of The Bass Valley o  Moog y pinchando en Madrid con colectivos como Crudo o Alterego.
 
En el último año se interesa por la mezcla a vinilo, fascinado por un contexto en el que la destreza y la dedicación pasan a ser cualidades de primer orden; en su maleta podemos encontrar desde techno industrial hasta electro, pasando por la música más gris y reflexiva.

EKKA is a Techno DJ and Producer from Madrid, Spain. He started developing interest in music from the early days in his childhood, but was not until 2022 he focused and decided that Techno was the only way to go. At the moment, his key release is "Dictatura EP" (2024), where EKKA showcases his distinct techno style with offbeat rhythms and heavy sounds. We can expect a few more releases from him within this year and the next one, shaping his style and pushing boundaries to his own vision of music.
