From computer music to music created with synthesizers, Mikro's soundscape is vast, electro waves ranging from glitches programmed through fm synthesis algorithms. The timbres are entirely meditative, in part. The sound world of Mikro is made for afterhour, the meditative attitude within a sonic experience purely from Sound Design.

We are very excited to welcome our dear friend Julien Frank and present to our followers his amazing music with this very unique Live set he made especially for us.
A one of a kind artist that we are so happy to know and honoured to have the opportunity and be one of the Labels to release his stunning and energy driving Electro/Glitch music production.

Co-founder and Generalissimo at brainstormlab, and master General at Distant Future with well over 10 years of live gigs under his belt, JFrank is well known for his late night dancefloor breaks and has played everywhere from the arthouse to the doghouse – London warehouses and Berlin basements to Spanish squats and Roman ruins – with his special brand of space-age electronics. In this piece I used sounds recorded in a domestic environment.
Sounds recorded and converted into a daw with granular synthesis, slowing of sounds and reverberated sound spaces give life to this sound environment not entirely innovative, but unique in its form
Taking up the mechanisms of the pioneers of concrete music and acousmatic art, I tried to rework the sounds of the world and of everyday life by creating this experimental flow.

In questo brano ho utilizzato dei suoni registrati in ambiente domestico.
Suoni registrati e convertiti in una daw con sintesi granulare , rallentamento dei suoni e spazi sonori riverberati danno vita a questo ambiente sonoro non del tutto innovativo, ma unico nella sua forma
Riprendendo i meccanismi dei pionieri della musica concreta e dell'arte acusmatica , ho cercato di rielaborare i suoni del mondo e della vita di tutti i giorni creando questo flusso sperimentale.
Buon Ascolto a tutti quelli che desiderano avere un'approccio meditativo della musica elettronica creata con registratori.

Biography
Empirical as a hard sip spilling from a discharged battery. There is always a nihilistic fetish in these youngsters dealing with technology. Stefano Martino, aka R A S H, is never hiding this darkest side in his composition. His machinery becomes a ritual object within which his human state becomes an algorithmic begging of change making its appearance at warm 50 hertz complacency.

His sound exploration is elaborated through decadent, post-industrial soundscapes inscribing the full failure of a consumer society which noise becomes an evidence whilst its awareness is modelled, reworked within a dystopian hexavalent chromium taste, blended into the future. I am a researcher and producer of sound spaces ranging from acousmatic to post industrial sounds.
The approach to sound comes from the desire to discover in a completely natural way the vast sound world of which we are all part. The sound project itself constitutes in giving sounds to any existing sound spaces. Each place has its own sound and noise to give society a new way of imagining sound environments and spaces; The goal is to give the world a completely new sound alphabet, an acoustic image to the world.
Formulate proposals, conceive the processes of orchestration of relationships to prepare empirical environments. Music as space, space as environment, environment as event, event is life.
