El Peppah is a Dutch Balfolk band from Utrecht and was formed in 2011. Their music is inspired by French folk, pop, jazz en classical music. The music vary between enthusiastic, lively tunes and tranquil, intimate melodies. All their music is composed by themselves. El Peppah had performed at various balls and festivals in the Netherlands and there name has become well-known in the Netherlands. In May 2014 they released their first CD album and presented it in northern Italy. The musicians of El Peppah are: Elijah Versteeg at piano and melodion, Daan Augustijn at violin and viola, Gerke van Belle at guitar and Frederik Advokaat at double bass and fretless bass.
