It's been a while since I uploaded a set on my Souncloud page. Last year I was quite busy with the start of my master’s program and took some time for other things during the lockdown (such as finally read more!  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ). In the last weeks I got back to music stuff and tried to record a classic Darko-Set, which I probably would have played live in a similar way. I really hope you enjoy the journey and that it can conjure up a bit of festival and club feeling in your living room.

I'm excited to see what will happen this year, and hope that we all don't lose sight of the beautiful enjoyable things around us, that we can be damn thankful for every day. Even if, at the same time, I can understand very well, that a lot of frustration and gloom has spread in a lot of us. These are strange times and many things are unfortunately so unfair, and yet, somehow I also believe that there are beautiful sides in all the things that happen, too. 
I like to have this sentence in my mind: It’s always a question of perspective. <3

Anne Montag und Sonnensysteme haben viel gemeinsam: Sei es, dass sie beide unterschiedlich groß sind, beide unterschiedliche Frisuren tragen oder einfach nur, dass beide unterschiedliche Namen haben. Da war es nur eine Frage der Zeit ihre schnicky, schnacky, schnecky Musikgeschmacksmuster zusammenzulegen und sich zu verbünden, um ein gemeinsames Endstufen-Power-Workout zu entwickeln, welches die Füße unter den Beinen wegzieht.

Auf langsam durchgekochten Dancefloors sind sie zuhause und zeigen hier gerne Ihre Romanze: Verschmitz und leicht schüchtern lächeln sie sich permanent an und kichern gerne zusammen über den neusten Gossip in ihrem Residentklub Station Endlos in Halle an der Saale.

SO machen sie geheimsame Sache - nicht nur Montags aber immer sonnig. Ehrlich. Bretter für ever.

Bucht der Träumer* is one of my favorite Festivals, it has that certain magic. At such places it always happens that we lose ourselves together, in the music, in the dance, and in ourselves. These are the moments that always give me with so much energy and which last long after the night is over.

Großes Dankeschön an all die TänzerInnen die sich trotz der schon etwas herbstlichen Temperaturen mit mir zusammen in den Morgenstunden warm getanzt haben... es war mir ein Fest!!!

Nachdem die ein oder andere Aufnahme von mir in diesem Sommer nicht geklappt hat, habe ich in diese anderthalb Stunden zum Abschluss alle Songs rein gepackt, die mich bei verschiedensten Auftritten in diesem Jahr begleitet und mit der Menge davon getragen haben.  <3
