The cherished memories of an extraordinary evening come flooding back: Ambient Journeys, the event that enchanted the Chill Floor of Club Der Visionäre. It was the evening of July 16, 2023, and the atmosphere was filled with anticipation as the clock struck 5:00 PM.

The talent of BioN set the magic in motion with a DJ set that wrapped the audience in an enchanting whirlwind of sounds. Hearts beat as one, and positive energy filled the air.

Then came the long-awaited moment: Francesco Passantino took the stage, ready to awe everyone with his live set. The engaging groove of Yoshiwara amplified the excitement, while BioN's DJ inserts sent shivers down the spines of the attendees.

Francesco's artistry in using the DJ console as an instrument reached astounding heights, masterfully blending analog sounds and groove boxes into a unique and exclusive mix. The audience was taken on an unprecedented sonic journey, where ambient textures and pulsating beats harmoniously merged.

Time flew, but it felt as if time didn't exist, as if the music had created a timeless dimension. The evening stretched until 7:45 in the morning, when the sun greeted the participants, still immersed in the ecstasy of this extraordinary musical experience.

Ambient Journeys will forever be etched in the hearts and minds of those who were there, an unforgettable experience of sharing and musical magic. Early on the day but on the edge of heat-stroke with all of you, covering with cardboards and whatever we found the machines, also on the edge of exploding, on a day that would expand and evolve followed by a crazy line-up into that magic forest. 
It was for us a perfect way to get together again after so many years and try to synchronize a totally unrehearsed sonic adventure in which you might even learn some stuff about whales or whatever those voices say. Hope you enjoy this middle hour of the live set.

Today, we're returning to the enchanting forests of the Spanish midlands and our beloved Delayed x Perpendicular series. We're excited to introduce a multidisciplinary artist whose work continues to inspire and surprise us - Javier Marimon. This Spaniard, who spent a significant time in the Far East exploring new cultures and perspectives, has been a key figure in the international underground music scene for many years. His unique approach to dub-infused techno, halftime, and experimental sounds infuses his creative process with playful energy, evident in his music production, DJing, and graphic design.
Those fortunate enough to meet Javier in person are immediately struck by his infectious charisma and positive energy. While his music often leans toward the deeper, dubbier, and darker realms of electronic music, there's always a sense of freedom and playfulness in the way he combines elements and creates different rhythms.
With that in mind, we're proud to present this special hybrid set that Javier played on Sunday midday at the Perpendicular Festival. The set is deep and dubby, with glitchy moments and meticulous attention to detail. The atmosphere Javier crafted perfectly matched the setting, and the set remains engaging from start to finish.
The scene needs more artists like Javier Marimon, whose creative contributions continue to inspire others. We're thrilled to feature this mix.
