It's time to release the toys from the darkness and dive into the sound playground.  "Midnight in a Toyshop" is a new Lo-Fi House project from an old hand in the electronic music business. He is launching an EP series called "Play". This will be available on vinyl and digital. All tracks are characterized by punchy, driving beats and a deep, warm, positive atmosphere. The use of 8 and 12 bit tools and tape recordings creates a nostalgic aesthetic that takes you back to a time when moments of lightheartedness and playful creativity flourished. Swedish dub-master ADILR is a Stockholm-based Techno producer whose sound lives in the space between atmospheric subtlety and hypnotic depth. His productions draw from the Scandinavian school of dub and deep techno, with a focus on evolving textures, airy pads, and understated yet persistent grooves.
Over the last few years, ADILR steadily refined his sonic signature, exploring long-form structures and sound design inspired by natural elements, especially wind and space. His style blends dub-infused rhythms with immersive ambient layers, always prioritizing gradual progression and sonic spaciousness.
ADILR has contributed to several respected underground imprints including Radiance and Point Nemo Records as well as a continuous flow of self-releases via his own Soundcloud channel. One of his productions is also found in our very first VA. We’re very happy to have him back on Fuxbau delivering an immersive full-length LP.
