Kicking off the first release on 2022 are label heads ‘The Journey’ where they have teamed up with Rachel May. TAYA on the other hand whose discography is already quite extensive with releases and support from some of the biggest artists in the world, showcases why he is one of the more in demand producers in country with a classy remix that really encapsulate his underground roots. "

The latest release from Tash's Movement Recordings finds the label presenting a new installment of its 'Technical Progress' series. Conceptualized in 2010 these various artist showcases have grown into one of the underground's most critically acclaimed series, continually featuring some of electronic music's most highly touted artists alongside talented newcomers. With the eleventh edition of the series landing in March of last year with resounding success, Movement Recordings now presents the much-anticipated twelfth installment featuring exclusive material from (in order of appearance): STEREO MUNK and Dublew, Janika Tenn and Robiin, Andrea Cassino, Lio Q and Nicolas Leonelli, Amir Telem and HEIZEN (ISR), Mayro and Abhishek.

Moving forward in the progressive spectrum, selection five finds Mayro making his label debut. Based in Argentina, Pablo Maneiro aka Mayro has been producing a blend of progressive house, deep and melodic house for the better part of a decade. World class DJs Cid Inc, Eelke Kleijn, Miss Monique and Nick Warren have all taken a liking to his sound, which has found a home on Lowbit, Siona Records and his own Traful imprint. Now adding Movement Recordings to his resume, Mayro debuts on the label with the groovy sounds of 'Panorama'. A dizzying dance floor creation powered by punchy kick drums, crunchy rhythms and psychedelic effects. Tomi H is another fresh face surfacing on Lowbit. His debut 'Galactic' is a warm, energetic and uplifting progressive house cut featuring beautiful vocals from Awen.

First up on remix duty is Tali Muss, who has had one of the longest standing #1 spots on the hype charts on Beatport in recent years, so it is a pleasure to welcome him on board! Infusing the track with a more rooted vibe through its groovy percussions, bouncy bassline and atmospheric pad work.

Yeadon, another new artist on Lowbit, wraps up the release taking 'Galactic' to a whole new level with its thunderous kick, rapid-fire bassline, and hypnotizing arpeggios.

For his first EP of 2020, Brian Cid returns to his Endangered imprint with Be One; 4 powerful tracks flowing seamlessly between melodic techno & progressive house.

Last year saw Brian Cid continue the development of his Endangered label with the release of his Light In The Lotus EP, the signing of upcoming talent from all over the world, the launch of a new VA series, and label-branded events held everywhere from Brooklyn & Miami, to Canada, India, and The Dominican Republic. After a recent EP on Audiofly's Supernature label, and a remix on Fur Coat's Odd:ity, Brian is back on his own creative outlet with Be One.

'Monocerotis' is the first track on the release, and starts it off with a brooding techno vibe. Multiple listens are required to decipher the brilliant layering of sounds weaving in & out, leading to a tension-building breakdown, and supported with a foundation of subtle tribal drums. The journey continues on more of a progressive tip with the second track, 'Cometas Y Cometas'. As with all of Brian's releases, a story is being told, and in this chapter the listener is made to feel like they're floating to the next destination with the dreamy vibe created here.

Following is the title track 'Be One', which is the origin of the concept behind the project. Brian explains: 'After experiencing a deep travel in my worlds within, I became One. One with my energy & sounds. Vibrations. On this journey, we are taking a ride where the atmosphere opens up as broken sky, and the rhythms of the land breathe deep in your body. A healing shower of sounds with a live, analogue and digital feel; a sea of possibilities.' 'Fill The Void' is the finale, and this story ends with a banger. Driving melodic techno, combined with synth work bouncing back & forth; this is Brian Cid at his deepest & darkest.
