Breaking down the boundaries of life and robotics, its rich ambient textures and natural atmospheres are woven together with icy electronic leads and robotic melodies. ‘Extasis’ conjures up overwhelming emotional waves in chaotic trance soundscapes that are given space to breathe in the air of stripped back naturalistic ambience. The album and its cover art explore the threshold of spirit and technology, creating an abstract convergence of the two and exploring what it means to connect with nature in a mechanical world.

Kolkata-based musician Nilotpal Das aka @bioscontrast's new album 'Red River' was birthed from a myth taking place over a Century around 340 BCE to 232 BCE during the rise of the Mauryan Empire.

The partly fictitious story follows the fabricated assassination of Ashoka by a Blacksmith from the Mauryan Empire whose entire family fell victim to The Kalinga War. 

The legend says 100,000 people were lost in the war which turned Daya River into a red bloodwater. Regardless of Ashoka's plans to promote peace the aftermath of the war caused a never-ending rage towards the Empire by its own people which eventually led to the downfall of Mauryas.

I love and connect with Ewa’s music so hard I feel like have too many things to say. but let me start with this:

i’m a little coward and a chicken.
i tried playing „Yume Nikki” a few times and to make it even less disturbing I launched it on my PS Vita BUT STILL couldn’t finish it. Its edgy subtleness, cute gore, and liminal art style were pure nightmare fuel. but one thing has stuck with me - the soundtrack.

and here comes Ewa Sad with her new, obscure, hazy project „Lolipianko” which feels almost exactly like „Yuke Nikki” cult, classic OST. cozy although cold… vivid although liminal… a perfect freeware-Winamp-Soulseek combination filled with grotesquely warm ringtone-like melodies.
