Colombia is going through one of the harshest economical and political crises in the last 30 years. COVID, state violence and increasing poverty have unleashed social protests with millions of citizens disapproving of President Duque's tax reform. Although held back, protests continued and Colombia's deep wounds have yet again resurfaced as inequality, racism and violence have been shown to be the system's true colors. The government's response to the social movement has been that of extreme brutality; massacres, rapings and human rights violations have been daily bread. Colombia and all the people who've been fighting for their rights need our help.

“ALL EYES ‘N' COLOMBIA’’, a VA conformed by 22 tracks and 28 artists, aims to be a humble but meaningful part of that help; an astonishing compilation fully merged into delightful electro, ghettotech, acid, breaks, idm bombs all gathered, mastered and served to the table in less than two weeks. All in order to raise the most funds possible during these hard days of fight and to spread the word in our music and artistic international community of what’s happening here in Colombia. 100% of the earnings will go to various press, health care, food and human rights local organizations. We highly encourage u all, dear BogoLovers, to grab a copy of this must have masterpiece VA and at the same time stand out against violence, oppression, corruption and death in support of our colombian brothers in fight. Robbert Heijnen kindly opened his archive to us allowing for a long overdue vinyl pressing of the tracks Integration and Adelaar. Both tracks which were produced with Debbie Jones stay true to the distinctive tribal acid house sound that eXquisite CORpsE is renowned for.

Alongside this we included the downtempo gem Possibility IV from his Enkidada alias and a deadly rework from Anatolian Weapons.

Transparent Sound are the original dons of UK electro, not exactly household names yet an act with so many under-repped classics that once you dive into their catalogue you might end up emptying your bank account on Discogs. 

To save you going down this calamitous path as well as to finally, raise TS to the level of notoriety they deserve, Tresor Records is very proud to announce the release of Accidents 1994-2023.

Formed by Orson Bramley and Martin Brown in Bognor Regis in 1994, Transparent Sound have managed to create 30 years' worth of some of the best electro from the British Isles, despite claiming to not know what they were doing nor how their instruments work. 

It's likely that it's this lack of knowledge that led to the quality and longevity of their output - the pair experiment and tinker with the machines until something pleasing appears then follow that sound down whatever path seems fruitful: "the confidence of ignorance" as a slightly more-famous Orson, Orson Welles, once put it. 

This tactic has paid off well and found them stumbling into many notable adventures, from remixing The Cure to performing during an intermission between two halves of a lecture - none of which they understood as it was in Spanish.

The compilation collects a lucky-for-you 13 of their most glorious electrical accidents on a three-disc set including the dancefloor hits Punk Mother Fucker (a mainstay of Villalobos sets at the time of release), and No Call From New York (as heard on Helena Hauff's perfect 2017 Essential Mix).

The package also comes with 'Windows To Your Sole' from the unreleased white label Transparent Sound 007, other unreleased tracks, and special 2023 edits as well as six digital bonus tracks.

Como cofundador del colectivo Vinilorama y propietario de Vinilorama Records, ha sido una figura clave en el desarrollo de sonidos que fusionan el industrial, el disco y los sonidos sintéticos de los tempranos años 80.

Su habilidad para integrar atmósferas nostálgicas y futuristas lo convierte en una adición única para la cuarta entrega del compilado de Swords & Chains Recordings. Su contribución resalta cómo sus sonidos se acoplan perfectamente al enfoque vanguardista del sello, ampliando su propuesta hacia territorios de noise core y ambient que dialogan con las raíces del proyecto.

Stalker Ego is the alias of Esteban Mejía Gutiérrez, a DJ and music producer from Bogotá, currently based in Medellín. As co-founder of the Vinilorama collective and owner of Vinilorama Records, he has been a key figure in shaping sounds that blend industrial, disco, and synthetic tones from the early 80s.

His ability to merge nostalgic and futuristic atmospheres makes him a unique addition to the fourth installment of the Swords & Chains Recordings compilation. His contribution highlights how his sounds seamlessly align with the label's avant-garde vision, expanding its proposal into territories of noise core and ambient that resonate with the project's roots.

Mosaique Records is a quite recently born russian label from St-Petersburg run by Alexandr Moralez. They made a nice very limited tape release of 50 copies last november and are ready to step in the real game. Their first 12" soon to be released is all about acid, electro & analog stuffs and showcases a nice international cast. We loved the CCO release on Endless Illusion so decided to premiere this tasty "Epicycles" track by the swiss producer Florin Buchel, enjoy !

‘Haasten’ (translates into hurrying) has been destroying crowds during Egbert’s live sets around the globe for the past few months. A dark commanding bass line that skips over the beat is accompanied by a retro sounding orchestral jab to create what is looking to become one of this year’s biggest techno tracks!

The B-side ‘Yourself’ has also proven to be a crowd pleaser and is paving the way for the future of percussion based techno. The punishing drums, deep basses, narrow mids and rattling hats kick ass throughout the track before taking a break for 30 seconds to introduce some melody and continue on mercilessly afterwards.

GEM001 will be Egbert’s “Dezelfde weg EP”. Secret Cinema has been dropping it regularly and the crowd response has been amazing! Side A is a hypnotic melody driven techno slammer titled “Dezelfde weg”. On the flipside is a deeper darker track called ‘Vette Sounds’ with creepy yet commanding synths over a pounding bassline driven groove. This track has also received the Secret Cinema remix treatment to brilliant effect!

No introduction needed here. The Advent and Industrialyzer have been holding down the Techno fort for years, yet they continue to reinvent themselves. This first full EP for 1605 is no exception. The title track is a dark but subliminal affair with dissonant sounds of a dark future riding on chugging beats. "Abstrakt" takes things up a notch, with frantic percussion and the familiar industrial vibe that the duo has accustomed us to. Serious techno here folks, from a legendary team that keeps setting higher standards for the sound.
