For more than a decade Alexander Dorn has shaken electronic sounds, stirring shapes and forms as Credit 00 that adhere to few genre tags. Being sonically socialized through Hip Hop in the 1990s, Graffiti and Breakdance were the first outlets for his creativity, music dominating his daily life since a young age. It was through Hip Hop Culture that he realised that you don't need a degree or know how to play an instrument to create your own music.

Inspired by the US Ghetto music of the 80s his journey to explore the endless universe of sound had kicked off. Leading him through many phases of musical preferences: Classic Electro, Reggae Dancehall, Italo Disco, Chicago House, Detroit Techno, New Wave or Ghettotech... After concentrating on numerous styles his mission became to combine different influences in DJing and production. Music without genre and boundaries is also the concept of his label Rat Life Records, since 2014 it has been a platform for his own output and those of like-minded artists. 

Having released many EP's, Compilations and Collaborations on Labels like Uncanny Valley, Chiwax, June, Nation, Bordello A Parigi or Pinkman and especially his 2017 debut Album “Game Over“ show the many voices of an open minded artist. Even now Credit 00 is always on the look out for the unknown and seeks to challenge the listener and himself rather than fulfill expectations.

For the new episode of the Warning Mix series we have the pleasure to present a set by Milan Hermess. As one of the minds behind Berlin's number one electro institution, Mechatronica, he has been a colleague and companion for many years, so it feels very natural to host him as a DJ on our platform today. Milan is a true vinyl enthusiast and lover of all things music and nightlife. Heavily influenced by the West Coast sound of Holland and the Berlin nightlife culture, his mixes touch on all genres within alternative dance music. His recording for Warning is a great example of this well-rounded and diverse sound he represents. Packed with swirling acid, stomping basslines and spaced out synths.

The leftfield-loving Lithuanian started collecting music as a kid. Soon after moving to Vilnius, when Electroclash anthems ruled the Earth, Marijus decided to embark on a DJ's journey.

Now, some years later, you know him as one half of 12 INČŲ PO ŽEME, the DJ duo he steers with Simas Slabačiauskas. The two operated the Smala nights in collaboration with another Vilnius nightlife staple, Manfredas.

These days, Marijus started sharing his uncanny favorites with audiences across the globe through the Per Amzius Ambient show on Radio Vilnius. From folk and jazz leftovers from the long-forgotten times, via the gloomy picks from the end of the century to contemporary sedated beats.
