Twin Dive is a rock’n’roll band from Vilnius with charisma at their forefront, consisting of Eglė (drums), Robertas (vocals and bass), and Jonathan (guitar). Despite having formed just a year ago, they have already made a name in Lithuania's alternative scene. After debuting at the “Novus” festival, they have performed at “Loftas Fest”', supported BA. in Juoda Palanga, and wrapped up the winter season with a bang at “Rokodiskoteka”. In early October 2024, the trio is set to release their debut album, but the waiting must be justified, which is why...

… with an intention to bridge rock and club scenes, band’s two singles “Vorele” and “Materija” got a dancefloor friendly adaptation by Jaroška, 5ZYL and Dannie Fade - and just how well that worked out.

XTCLVR, the brainchild of Ukrainian sound artist and audio producer Artem Diachenko from Buchan near Kyiv, is set to release a new album titled 'INVERSE' on Standard Deviation. XTCLVR cinematic soundscapes have been featured in Standard Deviation’s audiovisual project 'Ridne' showcased at the CTM Festival in Berlin, ICA London and La Gaîté Lyrique in Paris. Known for his deep involvement in Kyiv's underground music scene, Artem is also a key member of the Pep Gaffe and Ejekt collectives, representing a fresh wave of Ukrainian independent artists dedicated to alternative and experimental sounds.

XTCLVR's music is characterized by deep, enveloping ambient passages and sharp synthesizer elements that often transform into hip-hop and dub bass lines. The name XTCLVR (ecstasy lover), created in 2019, humorously echoes with the techno culture.

'INVERSE' unveils a different facet of XTCLVR’s sound, with heavier and more aggressive tones. The traditional genres dissolve, and a grotesque tone draws the listener into a surreal, chimeric journeyThe album blends rich synthesizers and post-club polyrhythms with euphoric, upbeat elements, maintaining his distinctive style. Written throughout 2022-2023, the tracks on 'INVERSE' reflect a time of emotional instability and a dream-like state: is this all for real? The music features liquid sonic textures that escalate into distorted synths, fractured noisescapes, and eerie melodies. A standout track, 'FEEL ME', poses a bold inner dialogue, questioning reality itself.

'INVERSE' will be released on Standard Deviation on the 12th of July 2024.

More Rice is pleased to announce their first digital only release and a first from MiNcho, a collaborative project between Vietnam residents Mishouju and Sancho.

A stripped down EP, the mood and tone for the opening track Poeben is set by the vocals which also effortlessly glues all the other elements together. MiNcho are able to create depth through the clever use of their limited instruments, whereby the elements are complimenting each other well. For the second track, Some Sounds, as the title suggests, has a minimalistic and a dubby feel accompanied by a groovy key bassline made for the dancefloor.

This EP comes with a remix of Poeben by DOTT. A prime time punchy banger, that will sure make you want to shake your head and move your body as soon as you press play.

PMG Tanz Digital presents a new split release of our notable producer 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐩𝐞 joining the upcoming creative force of 𝐋𝐣𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐤𝐚 𝐋.𝐎.𝐕.𝐃, welcomed with its first release on the label.

Andreja Salpe is known for his creativity and unique sound in making electronic music that echoes the modern dancefloor groove. His track ‘𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝’ leads us to a realm of groovy techno bits electrified with guitar riffs and tribal motions.

L.O.V.D is the imminent producer who doesn’t hesitate to play live and when performing brings the best to the audience. Active for some time, he gradually builds his distinctive sound. His track ‘𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬’ is a proper downtempo techno tune with a generic voice overflowing the rhythm and filling the atmosphere.

We are happy this release has remixes by two young and talented producers. ‘Ice Cold’ remix by 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 drives us to a hypnotic atmosphere of industrial underground techno. He is one of the producers modelling the emerging modern Mexican electronic music.

‘Human Conditions’ remix by the uprising Lithuanian producer 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 reveals the song in a more minimalistic way with an increased dynamic that creates a danceable ambience.

When Aljoscha's father placed cassettes of jungle, ambient and drum'n'bass in the hands of his seven-year-old son, he had no idea that he had just passed on to him the soundtrack of his life.

This heritage of multiple textures has been transformed into multiple aliases, including AJO, a character who transcends the boundaries of genres and time.

Signed to labels such as Electric Shapes and Mana Abundance, AJO invokes tribal elements and inter-astral electronic sounds. A primitive, almost animal quest dances between the German producer's synthesizers.

His new album, ‘God Is A Single Infinite Painting That Has No Frame’, adds to his psychedelic ambient and EBM-tinged electrooid explorations. Four remixes by YADÜ, La Serpiente, HyperLili and Théo Muller add an even more contemplative dimension to this opus, released on Ethos Records.

Label founder, DJ and producer Birds has rallied up a battalion of her favourite music producers to create their own versions of some of the tracks from her debut album 'Home.' Flexing from Electro, to Bass, to Drum & Bass, to Techno, to Experimental, this remix extended EP is a release that knows no bounds in terms of genre, just as she likes it.

Borusiade is an experimental Berlin (via Bucharest) based producer known for their distinctive dark productions. For this remix of ‘Freedom Is A State Of Mind’ they've accelerated the pace to bring you an insane drum & bass inspired mixture of Amen breaks, sped up vocals and guitar. These are things you would not usually find together yet they somehow manage to work together perfectly.

Trained as an academic psychologist and former lecturer at the University of Sydney, Andy Rantzen has been involved with the Sydney underground music scene since the early days of Pelican Daughters, recording and releasing industrial-ambient soundscapes and tape experiments. Rantzen’s work has gained further recognition in recent years thanks to labels like Kashual Plastik and Efficient Space. He is now teaming up with Paesaggi Records for a special Halloween release on a 7" record with two original tunes. It comes with a screen-printed cover art courtesy of Fieldink Studio.

Following the introspective depths of Codonopsis and the provocative excursions of Rumex, we are proud to introduce Orbea - our third Various Artist release. This 15-track compilation continues our exploration of genre-melting sound. Once again, we’ve gathered a selection of artists from across the globe, weaving together their distinct styles into a sonic tapestry that defies easy categorisation.

Musically, Orbea is genre-fluid: from atmospheric ambient, classical, and textured noise to fractured breaks, raw electro and wave. This release carries a pulse between inertia and momentum, from the stillness of introspection to the kinetic energy that propels us outward. It’s an ode to contrast, a meditation on tension and release, and above all, a celebration of that which cannot be explained.

The aptly titled ‘Boilerbeek’, a nod to both the upcoming album and the Brussels neighbourhoods of Schaarbeek and Molenbeek (the latter infamously labeled a "hellhole" by Trump), condenses everything the band’s music has to offer.

Thumping basslines drive the track from start to finish and act as its thriving heart, while variations keep the energy and dynamic, and the song’s structure shifts fluidly. Hard-hitting from the get-go, the tr ack works is way towards a more laid-back groove before surging back to full power after an atmospheric break. Just when it seems every layer of the band’s sound has been revealed, the song transforms once more, closing with an almost church-like resonance—an unexpected yet fitting conclusion.

DJ Roads (Žilvinas Roads) is a legendary Lithuanian DJ whose vinyl sets raised generations of Kaunas dancers. Starting as Roadskilla with the KUB Collective, he made his mark on the drum and bass scene, later hosting Night Birds on ZIP FM and shaping the energy of Lizdas as part of a renowned Kaunas DJ duo.

Today, Roads is a versatile selector blending house, techno and rhythms with rare crowd sensitivity, most often on vinyl. He is part of the VHS Library duo and event series, co-founder of Prisukamas Abrikosas, a driving force behind the Audra Festival (Kaunas, September 18–21), and co-runs Auditorija club in the former Lizdas space at Žilinskas Gallery.

A romantic reimagining of Namai — the debut EP by thelastsunday — through the lens of Portland’s Bed of Roses crew. “I was instantly drawn to the Namai EP — its subtlety, drama, and overall atmosphere really resonated with me. I knew right away that I wanted to collaborate with this artist in some way, so being invited to take part in this remix project was a real honor.
