Zippy beat, and snappy sampled vocals, when one considers that the entire set runs for more than an hour, a lot of work is going into every second. I'll sample a couple of minutes and move on but it's surprising what one can pick up quickly.

And so it goes. I'm sure, to the great enjoyment of those present at the set.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Roul Bauer aka Vicious Steam Engine who's from Lörrach in Germany. His dream of moving to Cambodia to be a Fitness Coach for ex-pats was frustrated by lockdown, so he bought a Controller and taught himself how to DJ. He now creates mixes like the one you’re about to hear.

„EMH – „Electro Music Human“ besteht aus zwei Mitgliedern: Miss Hakani (Heike Nickel), Keyboarderin und Produzentin, sowie Dj Storeflore (Dennis Gusta), Produzent, DJ und Mastering-Experte.

Heike begann früh Gitarre zu spielen und erweiterte ihr Können auf der Hammond Orgel. Später wechselte sie zum Keyboard und spielte bekannte Songs bis zum Alter von 27 Jahren. Sie wurde Teil einer Band und trat bei kleinen Bühnenshows auf, bis sie mit 29 Jahren Mutter wurde. Im Jahr 2020 traf sie Dennis Gusta, mit dem sie 2022 EMH gründete.

Dennis startete seine musikalische Reise mit Software auf der PlayStation, wechselte später zu anderen Programmen und entwickelte seine Fähigkeiten, eigene Songs als DJ zu mixen. Nachdem er die Aufmerksamkeit von CueBase FM erlangte, erhielt er eine eigene Sendung, die jeden Freitag ausgestrahlt wurde. 2014 erhielt er Anerkennung von Sunshine Live, die gelegentlich seine Sets live übertrugen.

Gemeinsam experimentierten sie in verschiedenen Musikgenres, bis sie schließlich das Genre des Melodic Techno kreierte, mit dem sie zufrieden sind und auch weiterhin produzieren werden.

Andere Produzenten wurden auf EMH aufmerksam und boten Kollaborationen an. Zusammen haben sie Songs wie „Cantaloop – Pattern“ und „Alfonx – Waiting“ remastered.“
