Good change of style here, loved the synth bass, that really stood out and the bleeps noises took me right back to happy days in games arcades as a kid. Cool pic as well !

A wonderful poem that I heard on during February Album Writer's Month 2021, which I added an improvised slow air to. It's short but oh so sweet!

A one-man, iOS, Cybernetic, Mutagenic, Electro-Celtic Fusion Wonder band. "They could clone Dolly but they couldn't clone ME...!" 

Welcome to the world of 

Supersonic Tartan Death Machine (STDM) = Bagpipe-Driven Electro-Celtic Fusion. I call it "électrocelte". Recorded @ BearCave Studios Montreal using an iPad + iPhone + a host of awesome iOS apps.

Instruments used include: Great Highland Bagpipe, Border Pipes, John Walsh Shuttle Pipes, Practice Chanter, Irish Whistle in A, B flat,and D, Bombarde, Voice. 

Tech Tools used include: CME X-key 25 MIDI Controller, iPad, iPhone, Zoom H6, iRig HD, Propellerhead Balance, Sennheiser Dynamic headphones. 

Apps used include (amongst others)Animoog, Audacity, Audiobus, Audioshare, Audio Mastering, Beatmaker 2, BeatTime, dJay, Figure, FourTrack, Glitchbreaks, Impaktor, Korg Gadget, Logic Pro X, NanoStudio, ReMaster, Reason 8, Samplr, studio.HD, SunVox, THOR, ThumbJam, Turnado and of course GarageBand for iOS.

Music: the music and stylings are widely varied. From traditional tunes to self-composed original bagpipe compositions, to covers of popular Scottish songs, or even rock songs. There really are no limits... new ideas are churning through my mind almost weekly. Some tunes start off with a bagpipe tune. Others start off with a few beats worked out on an iOS device. I often sing new tunes to myself, record them on my iOS device and then write them down... and the creative process continues...
