Epic intro thing (WIP)

A project I was working on from the SNES classic Chrono Trigger. This is my version of the song if it were more modern and metal sounding. I am still new to balancing instruments and being creative so any tips/comments are welcome.

One of my older works using Garage Band.. the sounds are not very fancy.  I consider this a more modern version of this song from Megaman X .. not venturing very far (creatively) from the original. Enjoy.

Currently I teach middle school music. I enjoy all sorts of music and arranging/orchestrating has always been a hobby. Some of the music posted is original, and some are simple remixes of game soundtracks that I loved as a kid growing up.
