Just 21 years in the making, "When We Make It?" is the first of our special birthday releases.  The original instrumental actually predates the formation of Electroflex.  The music is based heavily around the sound of THE original Electroflex synth, the Casio CZ5000.  A tragic tale of lost hopes and dreams was added to the track a few years later and, much more recently, with the contrasting middle section and violin, it was finally complete.

When We Make It?

Way back in the later years of the last century (around 1998), long before vampire trilogies became fashionable, a vampire trilogy was conceived that was so freakish and terrifying that two thirds of it was imprisoned in a tomb of magnetic cassette and never emerged in the public arena.

Now the time is right, the moon is full and there is a mystical alignment in the stars (or something) that has enabled the creators of this monster to resurrect it in its entirety and set it free.  

The songs that make up "Synthetic Vampire: The Capacitors of Blood Trilogy" have at last been gathered together and the full story can unfold.  Until now, only "Part 3, Rampage:  Queen of the Night" has been heard outside of Electroflex Labs as the opening track on Electroflex's very first release.  The songs tells the story of a vampire in full flight as she delights in feasting on mortals.  But where did she come from and how did she get here?

In "Part 1, Death: B-Movie End", a series of fantasies involving a set of familiar horror movie scenarios leads our heroine to an untimely demise at the hands (or indeed, fangs) of a shady, mysterious character.  We catch up with her again in Part 2 coming soon....

Be warned, the trilogy in its entirety is not for the faint-hearted and should be approached with extreme caution.  Some of the tracks even contain what sounds like a bass guitar (but don't panic synth-poppers, it is quite low in the mix).  So, grab your crucifix and a nice fresh bulb of garlic and join Electroflex for "Synthetic Vampire: The Capacitors of Blood Trilogy".  



B Movie End

The story so far....  In "Part 1, Death: B-Movie End" a series of fantasies involving a set of familiar horror movie scenarios leads our heroine to an untimely demise at the hands (or indeed, fangs) of a shady, mysterious character. 
Now we catch up with her again in "Part 2, Rebirth: Midnight" as she finds that her end was not the end and begins to come to terms with how things have changed.
Be warned, this track is not for the faint-hearted and should be approached with extreme caution as it contains what sounds like a bass guitar (but don't panic synth-poppers, it is quite low in the mix).  
Stay alert and keep your crucifix to hand, Part 3 is on its way!


Midnight

Its here at last, the final part in the "Synthetic Vampire: The Capacitors of Blood Trilogy".  This is a track that long-time Electroflex fans will recognise from our first ever released.  This live favourite has been remastered for 2015 and its reunion with the other 2 parts in the story.  
Having agonised about the new state our heroin has found herself in, "Part 3, Rampage:  Queen of the Night" tells the story of her embracing her new life (or death).  The songs tells the story of a vampire in full flight as she delights in feasting on mortals, her only fear being the approaching sunrise.
