Volta Cab has been a force to be reckoned with over the past 12 months. If you were to count the amount of labels this act has been on you would run out of fingers pretty quickly. Bordello A Parigi, 124, Frigio, Ubertramp not to mention so many other awesome labels.
The latest label to hit up Konstantin Isaev is Jo Howard's gorgeously macabre Sulk Magic. This is Sunderland meets St. Petersburg, CIties which should well be naturally aligned whether you see it or not! 
Heavy EBM vibes brush against angular effects and an urgent beat which screams out to the 3am crowd while leaving enough weird effects in the mix to keep the chinstrokers happy. 
Konstantin consistently emulates the sound of the electroclash legends of the early 00s and is also easily one of the best producer/DJ/people out there right no so I suggest you seriously get on this one.
