На этой неделе мы продолжаем Young Blood — рубрику с миксами от молодых и талантливых диджеев и продюсеров из России. 

Десятый микс для нас записал московский диджей Гоша Морозов, он же @goodboyfrosty. Артист является соучередителем лоу-файного хаус-лейбла FROUFROUFROU, коллекционирует винил и увлекается аналоговыми музыкальными инструментами.

В музыке Гоша любит энергичность, грув, мелодичные брейк-дауны и звучание исторических драм-машин вроде Roland TR-808 и TR-909. В миксе для нашего сообщества артист собрал бодрую селекцию из электро и брейкбита, своих собственных композиций и треков его коллег с лейбла.

Therefore we ultimately call everyone to hold their hands together and look into the future», - nothing describes better the message we deeply feel being part of, in the own words of Kito Jempere. For «Let’s Hold Our Hands Together» he already called up the internationally awarded Swedish composer Adam Evald on vocals and the enigmatic Антоха МС on trumpet, backed by Public Possession artist, Eden Burns and our very own, Leonid Lipelis (check his latest 'Function As A Meaning' EP!!!), on the remix duties.

Kito Jempere is the «DJ’s hero» - selector, producer, own orchestra and band conductor (watch Boiler Room from PPF!), who has been delivering quality dance records through decades via DFA, Lo Recordings, Freerange. Proclaimed as the «The King Of Collaborations» by Zweikommasieben, Kito has been working on music with together with Jimi Tenor, Red Snapper, Hard Ton, New Composers and got remixed by Palms Trax, Andras, Ruf Dug, Black Spuma and many more.

Аfter quite continuous break, Khvylia label presents a new homemade mini-compilation “Khvylia²” , created by 5 musicians during their stay on residency in “Khvylia” sanatorium. Title name of the compilation was a result of wavy and relatively calm creative labor in cognominal location.

Magical golden season in autumn, in between September and October, or as it is called in Ukraine “babye lito”, limited 2-week time far from Kyiv and a group of 20 artists became a catalyst of inspiration, which resulted in 3 tracks that were born in collaboration of musicians on vacation.
Pool, sauna, salt room, sport and fresh air affected the tracks' recording speed negatively. Although, it affected quality in a good way.

Whimsical story about feeling soil under the feet right in between the ocean military chaos had its own fingerprint in each of the artists' tracks. Environment gave an opportunity to finally reflect events around and shape a musical form out of it.

Part of the funds from Bandcamp would be redirected to victims of residential house attack in Dnipro.

Vuri Roots - the band reunited in the end of 2013. The guys actively engaged in the proceeds of music making after the realise of their first track in January 2014. 

The guys live in Samara (Russia) - dirty industrial town on the picturesque bank of the river Volga. Here they all met and gathered together in order to embody their dream to create music and play it for a huge audience. The main vocalist Ilya says that Vuri Roots/they discovered their unique and unrepeatable sound from the first rehearsals. In the first 6 months of their existence as Vuri Roots, the guys performed in various concerts and spent long hours working in the studio with their recordings. They spent few months to create the affecting concert program. Their music is based on penetrating guitar riffs with oxide of psychedelic effects,groovy bass and pleasant vocal. As guys say they grew up listening to the 90-s music,but their tastes are wide starting from rave sounds to classic old-school guitar bands. A beastly life in their weird and incomprehensible motherland, reluctance to common job and а lack of money are stimulating boys to record their demos just to express their energy and actualize a cosmic potential. They play their music to the audience who's still living with the rock'n'roll echoes in their minds. Guys are ready to sound like afflation to the new World, where everyone everywhere will be Happy! Amen!
