The Electronic Leatherette label shows its hand straight away with a pointed nod to The Normal and the foundations of Mute Records. Sure enough there's an industrial, new wave and electro fog hanging over the nocturnal transmissions that make up this first release, although it's far from one dimensional throwback music. Vessel In Distress has a chilly sci-fi leaning to its brand of gloomy electro, but that's contrasted by the sprightly robo-funk of Franck Kartell's "Sigma Octantis". MSRG brings the party with the feisty stomp and gnarly synth lines of "Elliptical Wave", and Heinrich Dressel rolls out an evocative night crawler of a track in "Down Upsight", as is his customary style.

We are happy to unveil with you very exciting news about fourth release of Electronic Leatherette.
This forthcoming wax is simply beautiful collaboration between label boss Dmitry Distant and Canadian based producer & singer better known by Automelodi project - Xavier Paradis aka Arnaud Lazlaud. Both of them are passionate by New Wave music and hardware synthesizers, samplers and drum machines, and you can clearly hear that "De ton absence" has some inspirational waves of Human League, Visage or Gary Numan. 

"De ton absence" is about how one person dearly missed someone in the midst of a specific memory in which that person was absent... while also that this particular memory was somehow pleasant.
It is a mirror effect in evocation of memories versus a general sense of longing, and the existential appreciation of that longing feeling.

This release including not only cold 80's New Wave vibes but also pure dancefloor bomb remix made by Timothy J. Fairplay and his Roland TR-808 drum machine.

The Animalists is charity compilation. With this release label wants to put attention to one of the biggest issues on Earth - speciesism.
We do live in a deeply speciesist society and many other artists and labels along with other people are standing only for human rights, what is very selfish and wrong, meanwhile someone out there who has personality, feelings and intelligence but has no voice, needs to be supported not being killed, abused or exploited just because some human thinks he has full right to do so and because it's not forbidden by law. Speaking of animals protection, with this release we decided financially support Russia based animal rights organization - Vita Animal Rights Center. Main reason is that current situation with animal rights in Russia is very ridiculous compared to many European countries. Aviary hunting, circuses, petting zoos, sale and breeding of exotic species, hunting training stations... - to name a few immoral fun and industries that are still legal in Russia.

Each of represented artists are vegans for life and stand for animal rights.

All proceeds will be donated to Vita Animal Rights Center.
