Opus Black is the brainchild of Michael Gray (Full Intention, MGNY) and Andy Haeffele (Crystal Clear, Mob Serenade).

Following an introduction from a mutual friend and a slightly hungover meeting on the way back from ADE, the pair decided to combine forces musically and see what would happen when producers traditionally from different scenes collided on a tune.

The result is a solid mix of filtered disco house that tips its hat to Stardust and the other French masters. Combine this with catchy vocals, harking back to early Royksopp (courtesy of Andy himself and co-writer Stella Attar) and you’ve got something good.

The vocals describe that feeling, where no matter where you look, you keep catching a glimpse of that certain someone.

Electronic Youth turn in probably their best remix to date. A production duo who smashed it all over Ibiza this summer and hotly tipped to make their mark in 2014 their remix is deep, warm and lush. A Depeche Mode-esque feel compliments the vocal hooks creating an aural delight!

Twisting a "West Country" country song into their deep disco vibe EY produce something a little special and keep up the release pressure for 2014. Alex's original will be released by via Right Track/Universal soon, but these mixes will exclusive to Sexy Trash Digital and via Traxsource only from February 24th 2014 with full release on all sites March 10th 2014.
