Hailing from Switzerland, the amazing KHAINZ returns to Timeless Moment for his first ever EP with the label. 

Khainz is a true master when it comes to mixing Techno elements with Progressive melodies.  With releases on Yoshitoshi, Katermukke and more, and many Beatport TOP 100 singles under his belt, Khainz is well known in the worldwide festival scene due to his powerful grooves and hypnotic harmonies.  

In “DayBreaker EP”, Khainz brings three peak time dance floor weapons with all his many years of studio mastery put into it. Release Info: 
microCastle's final offering of 2023 welcomes Colossio and Luke Garcia to the label for their debut EP. Colossio has been a rising force across the Indie Dance spectrum for the better part of a decade. Based in Mexico and taking inspiration from krautrock, psychedelia and the golden age of Mexican cinema, the Monterrey resident has continued to open up endless creative avenues and furthered his boundless appeal with releases via Borders of Light, Calypso Records, Duro and Exit Strategy. Meanwhile, Spanish artist Luke Garcia has enjoyed similar success across his decade-long career. The Madrid resident has been praised for his borderless approach to production, in turn landing standout projects for Diynamic, Innervisions, Sum Over Histories and TAU. As occasional studio partners since the beginning of 2023, Colossio and Luke made their collaborative debut via Engrave Ltd with ‘Let Go’, a release which would precede a recent contribution to Innervisions ‘Secret Weapons’ Part 16. Now, continuing to build on their creative partnership, Colossio and Luke end the year with their microCastle debut ‘Amen / Ryen’.

Played by Ame during the summer season, EP opener 'Amen' finds Colossio operating in solo capacity and taking square aim at the dancefloor. Full of rejuvenating energies, the Monterrey resident cleverly blends robust kick drums and electric grooves with swerving chord stabs and chanting vocals. Colossio’s creative attitude reveals itself further across the main break; with a hyperventilating build dropping out into a rush of main room alchemy, all laid out over a bed of percolating acid. Selection two ‘Ryen’ finds Luke Garcia crafting a feel-good indie-dance excursion that’s nicely suited for those uplifting club moments. Booming yet dreamy, its colourfully cruising hypnotism instantly commands your attention, through snatches of vocal fragments and siren-like synth flares, eventually culminating in a finale of rave-inspired euphoria. 

The EP’s halfway point is marked by the behemoth sized vibes of ‘Situation’. Here, Luke and Colossio masterfully synthesize their talents while breaking down boundaries to serve up a melting pot of hard-edged dance. Its pneumatic energy turns over quickly, flowing through a brutalist maze of mutated vocal gates and fiery rhythmic fractures, before reaching a hyperspeed collision of sonics for the ultimate high-octane drop. Rounding out the release is ‘My Body’ which once again finds Colossio and Luke combining their extensive forces. The cross-continental duo drive each other forward beyond their individual comfort zones for a mature club-effective record; one where thunderous beats, weighted rhythms and looping vocals prelude a collection-closing melodic finale. We continue with our Collage series, now in its sixth edition. The first track, "Sirens," comes from Berlin-based artist Elvis Sabani. This unique and emotional piece features a distinctive sliced vocal sample that sets it apart. Following that is "Demons," a powerful, driving track infused with dark synths and evil effects. Finally, Vemativ's "Escape the Reality" offers an uplifting melodic techno tune, complete with an epic breakdown and a commanding bassline that pushes the track forward.

Our next release delves into the pulse of technology and the blurred lines of control. With two original tracks by Sonic Union & Veljko Jovic and a remix by Time Before Eyes, the 'Removed Control' EP is a journey into the future where technology reigns, and the nostalgia of sound becomes the driving force.

The two originals are melodic anthems built for big rooms and expansive spaces. The title track 'Removed Control' explores themes of surrender and automation, its deep basslines and layered synths reflect a sense of relinquishing control to the unknown. With futuristic soundscapes and a relentless drive, it pulls listeners into a world where technology takes over, creating an immersive, hypnotic experience.

'Full Access' then pushes forward with an empowering, high-energy drive that resonates with a sense of freedom and exploration. Its soaring melodies and bold rhythms are made for peak-time moments, capturing the feeling of unlocking new realms within sound.

Our Australian brother Time Before Eyes reinterprets 'Removed Control' with his remix that amplifies the deep and progressive nature, a stripped back version paying homage to the original whilst blending deep grooves and an eerie otherworldly touch.

This release merges the human and the digital, creating a experience that's equal parts futuristic and primal – perfect for fans of big sounds with a futuristic edge.

Abstraction is a Cuban underground techno label that has been releasing excellent music for a number of years. Artists such as Temudo, Vegim, Arnaud Le Texier, and Bas Mooy have recorded and remixed music for the label.

Following appearances on prestigious labels such as Florian Meindl's FLASH, Perc Trax, Coyu's Suara, Robert Hoff's trau-ma, and many more, label boss Hioll has compiled his next album release, which includes twenty three quality tracks.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Dual VCO" with a ripping synth and thumping kick to start things off with intensity. The whipping and spinning acidic frequencies combine and slice the airwaves as jackin' claps and shimmering hi-hats complete a raw, hardware vibe for the dance floor.

DT:Premiere | Hioll - Dual VCO [Abstraction]

been djin for 30 years plus remixing under various names ,after a time of great change I will hopefully be dropping mixes ,remixes and some monster tracks soon 

Elegie grew up in France but has lived in the United States for the majority of her life. She began creating music while living in NYC, working around the clock as a corporate executive, and needing an outlet for the sound that was constantly playing in her head. Elegie holds a PhD in data science and has also trained in physics, which together with her love of hardware and synthesizers forms a unique creative combination. She draws heavily upon those strengths by now composing entire sets from her own productions.

Her journey began in techno hubs across Brazil, the USA, and Mexico. She has released her melodic techno tracks on both US and international labels, reaching the top 10 of the melodic house & techno charts on Beatport, and recently launched her latest project, "Above The Clouds", with support from 1001 Tracklists and recognition from Mixmag NL and DJ Mag ES.

Currently based in the vibrant and eccentric city of San Francisco, Elegie continues to celebrate authenticity, creativity, and uniqueness in each of her shows. From humble underground beginnings, she has now performed at festivals and at some of the biggest clubs in the city, including Audio SF, 1015 Folsom, Halcyon SF and The Great Northern - sharing line-ups with headliners like Steve Aoki, Gareth Emery, Cristoph, YOTTO, Diplo, Guy J, and others.

Elegie dedicates her art to her late beloved English bulldog, Edgy. Eventually, she hopes to use the proceeds to support bulldog rescues and animal charities, in celebration of their enduring bond.
