Biography:
Hi, I'm lisa luka and I've been behind the decks since summer 2020. Or rather, I sat there at first because I broke my leg at the time. However, that didn't stop me from performing at some smaller events or clubs. The years before you could meet me at all kinds of electronic festivals and since these were almost completely canceled last year, it was only a matter of time before I got off the dance floor behind the DJ desk. The music I play is mostly between 90 and 105 bpm. What I play is difficult to classify into genres, as I always choose my tracks based on my feelings and so my sets are sometimes very different, but always contain a lot of love. This podcast is a dreamy one, hope you enjoy it :)

Manuela Gandolfo was born in Turin (Italy) and was always interested in music. 

She collected through her travels and experiences different musical styles up to lead in the world of Electronic music.

The Italian artist has delighted many music lovers across the country with her soulful and melancholic music. With her deep love and passion for electronic sounds has created many tracks which became quite popular among the music enthusiasts.

Manuela’s talent was reflected at a very early stage when she began to perform in several clubs in her native city. Later on, she also started to play with the “Savana Potente” and became a guest performer in the party ‘We love Sunday” at SPACE,in Ibiza 2010 and 2011.

In 2011, She was interviewed by one of the main music Magazine in Italy called "Turin Magazine" and in 2012,Dj Mag Italy was happy to interview Manuela talking about her career and the kind of music she was producing at that time. 

In 2011 and 2012,She was hosted by one of the best party of the Neapolitan scene,in Italy called "DEEP'N MORNING" and after she released her amazing EP “OCCHI MARRONI” on Deependence Rec, with a exclusive remix by Simina Grigoriu & Lorenzo Chiabotti and Moonshine was been released on Wasabi rec.

In 2015 She played at the official After party at Cocoricò, "BUON GIORNO CLASSIC", where she expressed her side as Dj very well.

After this amazing experience she decided to improve her production techniques attending a course with huge success as a Sound Engineer at Music Lab Academy.

In 2015 She was interviewed by the Magazine "Zurda Magazine Barcelona" in the musical section where her interview was published with photos and podcasts along side with other djs such as Francesca Lombardo, Carola Pisaturo, Argenis Brito, Yaya, Shinedoe, Nicole Moudaber, Laura Jones.

Manuela currently plays as a resident along side famous Italian artists at the Radio "M2O SoundsRise".

Her dj sets are in constant evolution but always characterized by a deep groove and tech-house by melodies and voices.

In 2013 she released on a London label Addicted Music in a Various Artists with international djs including: Julie Marghilano,Tato and Perseus Traxx.

In 2015 she moved to Valencia, where she played in the club best known of the city, such as: Mini-club, Wateke and Gabbana.

With her next release, Manuela decided to use her actual name to improve and valorize herself as an artist and to reflect her new quality of music reflecting on her career.

In 2015 she release in "Wawetech Limited " a well known Romanian label, with an EP with deep/dub and soft sounds.

Another releases were launched on Francesca Lombardo’s label “ECHOE Records” with a super deep EP release that will surprise the music scene.

On 2016 an EP called "Arcadia" Feat. Francesca Lombardo was released with an exclusive Premiere on DJ MAG and in another important music channels. The release was published in digital and vinyl.

In 2016 is interviewed by the music magazine "Altroverso" by a special assembly that enhances its much sought after music selection.

Always in 2017 it is housed, from the famous Radio around the world, "Ibiza Global Radio", proving very popular, with a weekly residence in Anna Tur & Miguel Garji radio show program.

She has played in many Clubs around Italy, Ibiza, London, Spain and Bulgaria.

Die heutige Nummer 60 kommt vom jungen Künstler Chris Knipp aus Berlin. Chris wurde durch die verschiedensten musikalischen Einflüsse inspiriert und lässt sich nicht auf ein Genre festlegen. Was mich am meisten an seinem Sound fasziniert ist die Liebe für den perfekten Beat und Drums … dies liegt wohl auch daran das er seit viele Jahren Schlagzeug spielt. Chris hat sich die letzten zwei Jahre in die Berliner Club-Szene gespielt und ist unter anderem Resident im Chalet Club … aber auch im Kater, Sisyphos, Renate und Kosmonaut ist er regelmäßig anzutreffen. 

Für uns hat er diesmal ein minimales House/Techhouse eingespielt von dem man nicht genug bekommen kann. Danke lieber Chris für deine Mühe und meine Hörern wie immer ein bezauberndes Weekend.

Abtauchen in Zeiten der Krise

Gibt es eine größere Prüfung, als da unfreiwillig eine Distanz wahren zu müssen, wo man sich nach Nähe sehnt und einander braucht? 
Wie sehr spüren wir es in diesen Tagen der Krise erst? Wie beugen wir dem vor? Hier eine kleine musikalische Geschichte des Abtauchens, die euch Nixe vom heutigen Tage an mit diesem außergewöhnlich wundervollen Set erzählt:

In Ermangelung an Nähe und neuer Tracks, merkst du erst, wo drin du steckst. Ja nämlich da, dort in dir drin, wo du dich hörst und die anderen sind. Aber welche nun? Na alle die, die dir so fehlen und die du liebst. Drum tauchst du ab, in alle Zeit, in der sich viel von Vielem zeigt. Schwelgst also so, rein in den Tag, wie er sich dir entfalten mag. Bis dann auch du so langsam merkst, von wieviel Wert du dich ernährst. Ja was dir fehlt und wo du sonst, in deinem Leben Halt bekommst. Doch darin, dort, da halte inne, der kleine Sinn, der zeigt sich dir – auch dich zu sehen, ist in seinem Sinne. Drum lädt er auch stets herzlich ein und fragt in sich und dich hinein:

Weißt du was das große Ganze ist? 
Die Distanz in sich.
Die Angst und die Liebe;
die Liebe und die Angst.
Beide nicht verschieden;
sind doch beide stets gebannt. 
Beide Hand in Hand,
beide sich sehr nah.
Beide distanziert;
doch beide bleiben da.

@ju_nixe – vielen lieben Dank für diesen "krassen Verarbeitungspodcast", wie du ihn selbst nennst. Nehmen wir diese Zeiten der räumlichen Distanz und des digitalen Zusammenrückens um auf neuen Wegen bei uns und beieinander zu sein. Es schwindenden die Freiräume, aber wir machen uns neue auf! <3
