“Silent Symphony” is a way to revisit my Friday nights in the mid-’90s, glued to MTV, soaking in the magic of underground electronica. I wanted to capture that raw, analog vibe — the warmth, the imperfections, even that cassette tape flakiness that made every track feel alive.

This time, though, I went deeper — literally underwater. I layered in real recordings of whales and dolphins, letting their natural calls weave through the breaks and textures. It’s less about energy and more about atmosphere — like floating beneath the surface, weightless, in a world where sound feels infinite.

Nil Son is one of the guys who was on line ups when I started taking my first steps in Dresden's underground music scene - and he still is.

Looking back, at the beginning of our friendship he was more into deephouse and techno music.
Over the time he found his love for slower music and his sound gradually got more and more influenced by labels such as URSL, Laut&Luise or Serafin Audio Imprint.
He never lost the ability to adjust his style to any given situation. This 
 and the fact that we share our passion for both rough and slower music makes him also the DJ I had my best b2b's with and brought us closer together.
Have fun with this interpretation of mellow music by my dear friend Nil Son.

As we all are learning to adapt to one of the biggest and most sudden challenges our world has encountered, many of us are seeking solace, comfort, and happiness through music and art of various forms. This is also a time for deep reflection…upon ourselves, our daily role in our immediate society as well as how are actions affect our planet as a whole. We are being shaken up in a way we may not have imagined but it is a chance for us to reconfigure, to rethink, to rework, to refocus, and hopefully… to make a shift for the better.

While there are those who are fortunate to have loved ones and immediate support close by, we must remember that there are a great deal of people who do not and who are much more vulnerable.
