If the British can boast of having an electronic scene of which Dave Clarke would be the figurehead, then on the French side of the Channel they can boast of having Fred Poncet aka UMWELT, talented producer and DJ emeritus who is well known in the underground since the 90s. Its visibility in France and internationally has been growing for several years, driven by its formidable productions and the quality of his vinyl-only sets. Umwelt’s production and selection of tracks in his DJ sets can be described as “dark electro” the term on which Umwelt himself commented: “Yes it's not bad, you can add drama too, it's good. I like the dark world with themes and atmospheres that give goosebumps.”

Hailing from the French underground rave techno scenes of the 90s, Umwelt is a truly rare artist and one of the most important and prolific electronic producers.
Author of an important discography including on his own New Flesh Records and Rave Or Die labels, his productions play the card of a specific and dystopian electro-techno sound.
On live sets or on Dj sets, Umwelt is always focused on catching the audience on the dancefloor in a raving atmosphere, through the years, you could catch him playing b2b alongside Helena Hauff, Dax J, Sunil Sharpe, Imogen, Zadig to name a few...

Gavin O'Sullivan is an Irish producer/DJ better known in the Electro community as @Breakdata - He has been producing music since 2017 though he did grow up frequenting Dublin clubs as a lad. He draws on influences that range from Electro and Techno to Rock and even Metal. He operates a weekly radio show on Dublin radio's Power FM on Tuesdays at 23:00 where he plays a wide variety of music. DJ BONEY S has her own rhythm in music and in life.
Before finally stepping behind the decks herself in 2020, DJ BONEY S already looked back on two decades of club culture experience.

Passionately collecting vinyl from various different genres for years, she started out as a party organiser in her native Belgium. Her behind the scenes work continued after relocating to Germany where she was heavily involved in establishing the PARALLEL nights at Griessmühle as a fixture of Berlin nightlife.

As a former booker and label head, DJ BONEY S developed her own unique taste that is first and foremost shaped by one timeless medium: VINYL. She draws from classic 90s sounds and queer techno, travelling to otherworldly electro or cold industrial beats. Sometimes dreamy, sometimes pouncing -- but always trippy -- her sets invite you to close your eyes. 

DJ BONEY S is resident of queer party SLIME (Berlin) and SOUSAMI (Cyprus), female:pressure member and publishes the PRALL podcast series. She is also one half of DJ Frottée and Hypnotist, both together with zikade.

From the deep depths of Detroit’s East Side, comes Shawescape Renegade who sometimes go by just Shawescape or in conversations, Shaw, for short. An Electro Enthusiast to his hearts core, he’s very familiar around the corners of Detroit Electro. Shaw’s first official vinyl record debut was in 2018, releasing solely on his own, to now having his own record label, Andromeda Galaxies 313 with many future projects on the horizon, set to land in 2024 and 25. He will be in Berlin this year, all of August and September and he’s also set to head to Spain in October, looking to level the playing field with a bit more Electro on the grounds. TOAST3R’s journey as a selector began in Madrid's underground free party scene, where he immersed himself in the raw energy of DIY electronic music culture while playing drum and bass. A passionate vinyl collector, his style evolved, drawing inspiration from the UK’s electronic music legacy, especially after a transformative year in Bristol during his university days. The city’s iconic bass-driven sounds deeply influenced his musical identity.

Over time, he embraced the broken beats of breakbeat-hardcore, the intricate textures of IDM, the futuristic grooves of electro, and the driving rhythms of techno, all while maintaining a deep connection to melody and emotion. His sets became a mental journey, weaving together raw energy with soulful, introspective moments, creating a sound that is both cerebral and deeply felt.

Spacelab 10 with Omar Santana

Andreas, who ventured into DJing back in 1995, started his musical journey crafting mix tapes and spinning drum and bass in Philadelphia's underground rave scene. 

Currently based in San Francisco, Andreas combines his love for music with his studies in computer science. Operating under the alias Tygre (@djtygre), he immersed himself in the darker realms of electro, techno, and drum and bass from 1997 to 2000. 

After a prolonged hiatus, Tygre, inspired by the hypnotic sounds of electro, techno, and drum and bass, is back to spread his passion for music, the art of mixing, and the creation of mesmerizing sonic journeys.

While creating the track "Stay with me," I aimed to build a strong Drum & Bass rhythm. I carefully selected the drum and bass elements to create an energetic and memorable foundation. I tried to keep the melody simple yet impactful, so it could convey both movement and emotion to the listener. My inspiration came from everyday life and the relationships around me; therefore, the track creates an atmosphere that invites you to dance while carrying an intimate feeling.
