The Ballad of Caroline McNutt

This is a demo I recorded in the early days of The Mayflies USA, probably fall of 1996. Guided By Voices' "Bee Thousand" was obviously in heavy rotation in the Carrboro basement I was living in at the time. The cryptic phrase "this field should be left blank for Ansell" was taken from some training materials I had to read while working the phones at an IBM call center.
